I'm even more convinced that this will end in complete disaster than I was previously on that basis. The man who has no say in player acquisitions now has the key influence in our choice of manager. You couldn't make it up I've given up trying to understand it all to be honest Dave. I'm one step away from a straight jacket where that's concerned. I'd just like to know where Peter is. I'm sure we'd hear more than this if the Queen died. 🍕 anyone?? |

He wouldn't have been an obvious choice for me but if it's him he'll get my backing and a clean slate. I think most should give him that he's got as much chance as anyone else in this division currently. |

Portsmouth are going up and Sunderland will move in the 2nd automatic spot when they avoid defeat in their game in hand. He'll have a punchers chance in the play-offs. It's a laughable appointment if we make it. A semi-literate, born again, God botherer from League's 3 and 4, taking on a club who spent the last 10 years in the Premier League. Granted. But I do think they both carry a bit more in their armour don’t you? Not all great footballers make great managers. But effectively they were leaders at their clubs England captains top of the game elite! Worked under expceptional managers and part of great setups. If they learnt anything from their time I’m sure they’ve have plenty of experience. I don’t know a great deal about jones, he played for Merthyr terdyfyl!??
