This is a bad move! I’ll accept it as long as the board resign with it! We need proven, experienced hands at the club not this. It's not yours to accept mate, the whole board resigning, give me strength! Yeah proven hands, failed hands, merry go round hands, ring a ring of roses, all fall down. Talk about giving people a chance. This is the most ballsy, proactive decision the board has made in years, let's be excited with change for once.

Welcome aboard Nathan, I look forward to some free flowing attacking football.
Sure he will tell the players to express themselves more and let the shackles off instead of 300 passes across the back line each game.

I think the new man has a major advantage over Rowett in 2 ways 1. Most people , including the owners , have put promotion in the ‘nice if it happens but probably wont’ basket and 2. Whatever football he produces it is practically impossible for it to be worse than that we have already seen this season. In this respect it should be a good little settling in period.

I could have two points of view regarding the prospective candidacy of Mr Jones as our next Manager.
One argument is that if you try the usual methods and/or candidates you must expect to get the usual results. If we were to recruit Moyes for example we should know by now what we are likely to get as regards approach and selections. So a new up and coming manager should be considered as a welcome fresh or different direction and someone who will hopefully grow into the job.
However it has to be said that by recruiting a League One Manager are we setting ourselves up for a League One future, whether by accident or design. We have seen with Rowett that familiarity with the Championship counts for little, and it must be a daunting prospect for someone moving up the leagues from below who will have to adjust to new pressures.

Fourth job is to bring in a Centre half who can run and shove a rocket up Afobe arse! Afobe has never played the loan striker role, I know for a fact he was not enjoying his football under Rowett. Played as a two with support like he had at Bournmouth and Wolves, he will be a different animal.

First job is to get rid of McLean and bring back Imbula! Ye gods. McClean may be limited, but at least he puts a shift in, unlike Mr 'couldn't give a toss' Imbula ....

Jones will have no time - the pressure is on. The first day of training has the potential to be like the scene in the Damned United where Cloughie turns up at Leeds for his first training session. Which of their hard-earned medals is Jones going to tell our players to throw in the bin?

Whose this other appointment then? I've heard Peter Crouch is moving upstairs and is acting in advisary capacity. Nathemthi is he can help him get a bird's eye view of the club!
