Lack of comments on here indicates an air of reisgnment to the situation
We cannot allow that to happen and if nothing else at the end of this god awful season we need to say we did our best as supporters
The fans were fantastic again yesterday and we need to do it all over again on Saturday

Well said ange. Anyone would think we are already relegated, reading this board. Pisses me right off.ok things aren't good. But in the last three games I have seen some good signs for the rest of the season.badou looks a class act and I for one think we will survive. COYMP.

4 home matches Ange😁I will get behind the team but come on the way we're playing can you honestly see where 4 wins are coming from?Saturday is a must win just to get us back in the thick of things never mind anything else. Like has been said on here today can you remember the last time we pressurised a team after going behind with 10/15 minutes left?Every other team seem to see the game out comfortably against us but not us as it's always the kitchen sink thrown at us and every supporter biting their nails until the final whistle. The board need to take full responsibility if we go down after such statements as " I don't know what all the fuss is about" and "this is the best squad of players we've had in the prem"

I blame the board. Dithered too Long. Didn't Mr Coates say 'I don't what the fuss is all about' after we lost 3-0 at home to West Ham?
We are down. Make no mistakes. Penny pinching owners.

Phil Thompson said he was very impressed with us in the first hour but then we ran out of steam! Lambert has been here for 3 games and we can already see the improvement, given more time with the players I'm confident he can keep us up.

Ange
Any are you SO sure we can beat Burnley, Everton or Palace at home Burnley have just held Man City to a draw.
I can't see where this team can go up a level to turn these teams over
I hope so but if we don't beat Brighton I can't see the team beating the likes of above

Exactly one year ago today I was summonsed to the North Staffs as my Dad was undergoing an emergency operation
He was diagnosed the next day with cancer that had spread throughout his body. He battled on and we spent some fantastic time together mostly recalling various incidents associated with his playing career (he played at a good level including for Congleton and Macclesfield) and his beloved Stoke City - his love of which he imparted on to me.
His final days were spent in late April in the Dougie Mac - the day before he died I we lost to Swansea away which in some ways summed up the reality of 83 years a Potter.
He NEVER gave up in those last days and whilst accepting the inevitable he never complained about his situation or pain he was patently in during those final days. He would never have gone down without a fight and he would expect nothing less of Stoke City despite the normal eventualities. We need to stay in this division for people like my dad and for the loyal support that has stuck with this club through thick and thin.
We need to do this for him and every other ordinary Stokie who's life is interwoven with their love of this club and their battle of the underdog against adversity
Let's do our part and let's ensure that this club is a Premier one on and off the field -'Come On Stoke' !!!!

That 18 million pound we've wasted on Wimmer would've paid for Arnie's 100,000 a week demands. We miss him. Stupid owners.

Ange have you heard anything on Stephen Ireland?I know Lambert has bombed him out in the past at Villa but after his performance at Manchester Utd it seems odd he's not involved
