Assuming Crouch has earned a start, Cameron is fit, (Shaq also) and Wimmer survives tonight's friendly for Austria:
Grant
Zouma Shawcross Wimmer (or is it time for Bruno?)
Diouf Allen Cameron (Fletch nursing an injury didn't he pull out of Scotland games?) Pieters
Shaq Crouch Choupo
Haugaard BMI Adam Afellay Fletcher Berahino Sobhi
Jese needs to patch up his relationship so I've given him the night off.

I think Wimmer will retain his place having done ok last time out and I think Hughes still sees Crouch as plan B - we are too predictable when he starts and he's less effective against a fresh defence, I agree re Cameron over Fletcher - he won't like it but his game time needs managing, I'd give Berahino a go for this one and keep a proven plan B in reserve.

Surely Crouch merits a start, but we need to find a way of making him effective. Mama role? ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/KYqg3pYeaerc5lD_P7BR.gif)

Further out other forwards have to get closer to him (given his lack of pace) so he link play.

I think starting crouch would cause carnage and allow the likes of knockaert the freedom to peg us into our own third. I think he’s a very effective outlet or target later in the game. We’ll see what sparky dreams up tho!

We’ll see what sparky dreams up tho! I would rather start Diouf up top alongside Choupo with the Shaq in behind at no.10. This would also give us the option to go to 3 up top if we want to change things around.

The old 2-4-3-1 formation. Interesting...... I thought that! People may laugh but for a season playing Sunday football we played 2-5-3 and had quite a bit of success with it The trouble was the two wide midfielders had to have the ability to run all game

Going to be an interesting few games now , Brighton will be full of it after reCent results so we have to match their effort and hope the class of Shaq makes a difference , I'm more for putting Diouf up top and starting Edwards , this dropping Ramadan to wing back so that Pieters can cover for Wimmer seems crazy to me .

We have to score first If they score first, they will go with about ten at the back I think if we go for a win, we have about a fifty percent chance of winning ! But we have to go for a win , a draw is no good to us . If we win a euro spot ( or avoid relegation) by 1 point, tell me a draw is no good. Yes, I want to win, but every point counts no matter how or where they come from.

Think we need 4 points from our next two games. Tough but do-able.
That would give us 8 points from 15 in what is one of our winnable periods.
Two defeats will be unthinkable and 1 point from both wouldn't be good enough.
Pressure is on.

We can't afford to lose them.
