Quarter of a million quid, to be paid by you and I and the rest of the British public! If he'd been found to be innocent, then fair enough but he was guilty as sin, we knew it, he knew it, his lawyers knew it, indeed everybody bloody knew it! So why isn't he being made to pay the money back for attempting a frivolous defence, that even the best lawyer in the land wasn't ever going to win for him? Unlike yourself, I do care what was said previously, especially if it was racist abuse like that above. You might be quite happy to have those kind of people on the board, fos, but I'm glad they're not.
