. Seems a straight forward to me and obviously to parliamentary authorities who seem to have taken no action Also most importantly his voters as he has increased his majority twice since first being elected www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46990210Well that certainly isn't enough to change my mind A young charismatic mp with no political baggage Only got into politics in the last ten years Ex army commandos captain so used to making decisions in difficult situations I just feel that we need a change from career politicians Have someone who can think outside the box

I can't imagine anything would! He's still a bent MP who fiddled his expenses, (accidentally, of course) just like so many others, yet corruption is only an issue for the EU if you believe some on here

Only been in politics five years, relatively young, been in positions where tough decisions are needed......OK, it's fair to say he's not very charismatic.

Go figure!

What do you fall beneath when you're beneath contempt?
The only saving grace I suppose is they're laughing most at the daft cunts in places like Stoke who voted for them

I see the MP from Calder Valley has gone full Steve Bannon today.
I think (and I could be wrong here) but this is the first time since the 80 seat majority was elected than an MP has decided to go beyond the pale and attach direct blame to the 'Immigrant and Asian Population'
All on the same day that Ian 'Beefy' Botham is propelled to Lordship for getting his cock out on twitter services to Brexit.
Does anyone know if Herr Farage has managed to get a reservation tonight?
What a time to be alive.

Who is responsible you ask? Not an answer that anybody can answer unless you have the data by demographics in front of you. Even then there would have to be a factor of socio-economics, age and footfall in that area. What we do know from data is that this virus is currently disproportionately affecting our BAME communities and we should all be doing our utmost to prevent the current spread. As opposed to asking who I think is responsible it might be more advisable to put the divide and rule methodology to one side and question why this MP appears to have the answers yet our CMO and the rest of the government does not. I wonder how long before the next MP decides to bet it all on Black Lives Matter? Still it has provided some red meat to the deplorable side of the base.

I agree there should be a full investigation into these spikes and the results should be published warts and all Then we can all solve the problems Then if the mentioned mp is proven to be wrong I think he should have the decency to resign

So the Bluffer has stuffed an already bloated House of Lords with more of his cronies.
Back in 2003, Blair wanted to do the same.
Blair's proposal was denounced as 'disgusting' by one critic who said: 'Think of the lunches; the hackery; the behind-the-scenes schmoozing and fixing; the quiet words from the Government Chief Whip; the winking, the nose-tapping, the soft belching in the Savoy Grill Room, or Glyndebourne, or Ascot.'
That critic was Boris Johnson.
If that doesn't further highlight the chicanery of this convictionless chancer for people, then they're simply completely lost to political tribalism.
On a related note, I can never understand the lack of ongoing Brexit like rage about the unelected second chamber and corrupt way it's filled, given the apoplexy over the same topic in Europe!

Watson and Bercow were blocked from being peers yet the son of a KGB officer and a former member of the Revolutionary Communist Party are acceptable? Boris said he’s going to move the House of Lords out of London? Do you think he’s moving it to Moscow? ✈️

on the news just a tory mp and former cabinet minister arrested for 4 accounts of rape with a commons researcher linkI said the whiff of sleaze surrounds this government. Not usually so coy about naming the arrested party, obviously typical left wing BBC bias as usual! Tory Chief Whip knew about it a month ago, but has done nothing, wtf?! I wonder if he is one of the names on the list of Tory sex pests Theresa May had drawn up during her premiership but also chose to do nothing about.
