According to various sources between 10% and 13% of the population use private health care. (I assume this does not include opticians and dentists). An increasing number of employers are started health insurance cover for their employees. It makes good business sense to get "sick" employees back to work sooner and promotes staff loyalty, some employees being less inclined to leave if they and their family are covered.
On the other side of the coin I made enquiries recently about getting some private treatment as the waiting time on NHS was so long and was told that there is a huge increase in demand for some private treatments because of NHS waiting times. Some private waiting lists are getting almost as long as NHS ones for some minor things.

Vote for someone else then I'm not voting. Every party and politician out there is a liar, weak and corrupt Not all are as bad as Boris Johnson. At least spoil your ballot or vote Green or Lib Dem, who both support a modern voting system which would kill off the tories and labour as we know them now.

This is tantamount to most autocratic regimes like Russia who want to control the media. There's no end to their open skullduggery. Bastards! OS.

This is a blatant Tax Giveaway to the rich while not increasing tax bands meaning the less we'll off pay more tax A similar problem occurred with retention of Judges in 2015 and they were Uniquely exempted from the lifetime allowance If Hunt was only targeting retention of Doctors he could have chosen to do the same for NHS Consultants (not private Consultants) making it attractive to remain/join NHS Instead he chose to issue a Blanket Exemption to everyone which will not only increase amount eligible to be put in Pension Pots but also pass on incurring less Inheritance Tax This is estimated to cost £500M a year in lost Tax Revenues or about the same amount extra we are giving the French to pretend to stop small boats Bastards indeed

Another big difference between the two parties who many on here say “are both the same”.

What is net zero? And why is it a bad thing? Have a good long read up... "Put simply, net zero refers to the balance between the amount of greenhouse gas (GHG) that's produced and the amount that's removed from the atmosphere. It can be achieved through a combination of emission reduction and emission removal."
