Yes over a birthday cake but nothing in relation to these civil servant and spad parties. Still missing the point. You do not address any of those points from the Panorama programme where it's clear he saw what was going on and did nothing to ensure the rules he set were being observed in his own workplace. Further, people felt that he condoned or even encouraged it. It's still a strange country where people still think he's fit to be PM. I literally addressed that in the previous post to you anonymous highly paid people blaming someone else for their actions.

This is a disgusting statement even by his own cesspit level standards. Absolutely throwing all junior staff under the bus. Blame the civil servants because they are not allowed to defend themselves. Ha ha ha the civil servants who have been leaking all the stories themselves, the civil servants ministers cant actually tell to do anything or sack them even and if you ask them to do their jobs complain of bullying those civil servants ?

It should be irrelevant otherwise you have made a bad choice on your course..... Yes lots of people never pay back completely or at all, plot twist the previous system no one paid back so the taxpayer paid it all. Yes, so why not pay less to the student loans company charging students 12% interest, and instead subsidise the tuition fees for the poorer students via richer tax payers. It will save the revenue millions, and help social mobility and to level up. I mean the SLC is basically the government how does giving something away free as opposed to it effectively being free until you earn 27k a year save any money thats extra cost....

If there are this many, I don't think his tone today will see it take too much longer.. I'll be amazed if it's that high. Perhaps it may have got to 20 odd at the height of it all. Since then Ukraine and time itself have intervened and the colleagues who may have had their eyes opened finally to who and what Johnson actually is, have probably come to accept it. A few have even withdrawn their letters and the "Scottish Lightweight" (copyright Jacob Rees-Mogg) has toned down his disapproval. I think he'll be around for the next election now, and quite possibly after that.

From how I understand it only two people have lost their jobs scandalous. Come the General election all will be forgotten.

I think the govt sold it, and now it's a private company. Hence why the interest rates and terms are changing which are detrimental to the student.

This press conference is utterly shameful He looks really 'sorry' and 'humbled' doesn't he I suspect he's tired and fed up of being contrite, which probably feels awful to someone like Johnson, and just wants to get back to devil-may-care fuck it as soon as possible. Why wouldn't you, if nothing bad could ever happen to you?

No you are mistaken, the interest rate always changes each year to be cpi +3% its only because cpi is 9% that the rate for the current year is 12%, I think the period of repayment may have been changed or may change to 40 years. You are I think referring to the sale of some of the loans in 2013 that made no change on repayments just effectively who gets the money back, the SLC got a big chunk up front back the buyer takes the profit / loss risk on the remaining payments.

Not supporting the cretin one little bit, but had it been me I would have simply answered back to Rigby whether she too had considered resigning when she was caught out on the razz with Kay Burley under Tier 2 restrictions.
