Well it’s more democratic than our system. Tell that to the Greeks and Italian governments when they have there annual budget sent to them from Frankfurt I don’t know if it’s more democratic than the Greek or Italian system but that’s their problem. We have a FAR higher proportion of unelected law makers than the 28 in the EU. We have 700 odd! Well over half of our law makers aren’t elected! That’s not democratic. Neither is a first past the post electoral system. That’s not democratic at all.

Smallthorner is quite clearly on the wind-up. Two obvious signs were firstly him saying the EU won the Ryder Cup, and secondly him saying the EU is democratic. Both clearly blatant piss-taking as no-one can be thick enough to believe either of those things. It’s obviously far more democratic than here though.

The EU is a political democratic congress.

Great victory for the EU in the Ryder Cup. What a shame we will be imposters in the next tournament. Thick as two short planks. Oatcake true to form, oppose the populist view on here and you will be labelled a fool or an idiot. What brexiters don't get is that we (remoaner) care about the UK and want what's best for everyone in the UK leaving our biggest trading partners is not going to achieve this.

The Ryder Cup (and all the other sporting events/organisations you mentioned the other day) has nothing to do with politics or the EU.

We're not leaving, just altering the terms. Their trade surplus with us in 2017 was over £90 billion. That's an advantage they would want to preserve. I suggest.

Does Brexit mean the Brit's can't play on the next European Ryder Cup Team? - (seriously) I'm afraid so. Due to the thicko racist Brexit voters we'll be banned from playing in the Ryder Cup, the Mosconi Cup (9-ball) there'll be no more trips to Valencia for Stoke fans as all British football teams will be banned from playing in European competitions, England can no longer play in the Euros, or any World Cup hosted in Europe... Infact all British people will be barred from ever setting foot in any European country for any reason. Thanks thicko racist Brexit voters!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111one
