Definitley thought the lad made a very good impact considering he hasn't been playing regular football in over a year, give the lad time and he will turn good, arnie only showed glimpses over talent in the first two years then became a good player for us after! We will wait and see!

He's definitely carrying some extra timber. So it wasn't Pulis bullying him after all? Considering he wouldn't play him and how he sharp he did look last night with basically 18 months off, I'd still say Pulis was a cunt in the piece yes! |

He made some cracking diagonal runs behind the defence that only Arnie seemed to notice, although his delivery to Saido wasn't the greatest - probably because he wasn't used to a striker making those type of runs... Saido did look a little "lost" but showed real potential and will soon build an understanding  |

Well at least we now know the reason behind the strange goings on at West Brom and why he wasn't played, sent away, etc. The truth will eventually come out, meanwhile we need to sympathize with Saido without condoning what he has done. There is far more drug taking going on that most people realise, see Guardian article link below. The release of the information today, just 2 days before he is due to play again at West Brom stinks to high heaven. I would not be surprised if Hughes pulls him out of the squad for Saturday due to all the media hype there is likely to be.
