I've just realised in my above post the Tweet has disappeared? I'm guessing the official Twitter account of the university of Birmingham realised how pathetic their "Lookism" Tweet was. Incase you're unaware our Uni's are now pushing how looking at someone 'wrong' is the latest 'ist/ism'.
