Wolves dude. Ngoy has hit 3 in 3 now I think. Really does need to be playing at a higher level now. If we are keeping him in the U23s for the rest of the season we've really missed an opportunity to get him a loan.

NGoy went off after 60 odd minutes

I've seen NGoy a couple of times in the u23s and he hasn't looked interested. And I've seen a few senior players mentioning him having the ability but questioning his mentality.
Good to see him scoring for the u23s and hopefully he can make the step up.

Good to see him scoring for the u23s and hopefully he can make the step up. It's weird. Bayern has seen him a few times and reckons he's one of those who only comes alive when he needs to, and his goals show that he's doing his job first and foremost. Without wanting to draw the obvious comparison, Ric never teararsed around until necessary.

I think the club had a loan arranged for him but he wanted to stay put and get time off the bench with the first team.

Jimmy greaves would chase a ball only ever wanted it to his feet or head never did his record any harm either

Maybe a better analogy than mine, and I have only seen him twice in our u23s, but the message I got from his body language was that he though he was better than our u23 side. I've not been impressed with him at all in the limited time he's had on the pitch with the first team. That's not a criticism, just an observation. He's certainly not ready yet, or has;t justified a plan in the match day squad. I'd like to see him out on loan next season at a relatively good level.

So Hughes wants him to score more goals. But sticks him on the wing when he's given the opportunity in the first team

I really don't think it is, it happens.
He seems mentally to want it a lot though which helps. I still think Campbell's better.......

Does anyone know if we've got any foreign tournaments planned this year? Not at the moment. Not been invited to Hong Kong Soccer Sevens. U18 tournament in Switzerland is only every two years

Anyone heard anything on Verlinden?
Getting slightly concerned as back injuries are notoriously troublesome and his seems to be dragging on and on.

Scotland U19s lost 3-0 to Austria. Souttar started. Here's him giving away a penalty. Seems harsh

Good result for the U18s came back from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Tottenham. Campbell and Greenidge score info off Paul Ruane twitter page.
Souttar missed Scotland U19 game last night a 1-0 loss.
