I'm more excited about our academy prospects than our first team at the moment. Really hope we can convert what appears to be a lot of potential in to premier league and championship standard players (potential cheap squad fillers).

Comes to something when one of the major teams in Scotland take a player who can't get into our U-23s and made zero impression at Shrewsbury. Their manager used to work at Valencia, so maybe he's aware of him from Barca? Even so, a strange one. Was expecting him to head back to Spain and assumed Britain wasn't for him. But credit to him for giving it a go in Scotland. |
