Buddy, with all due respect, just stop moaning, it was a cracking night and all you can do is get miffed about a lap of honour. Watch wilko's interview, he says himself that the end was the best moment he could have wished for. Enjoy the night and stop being a broken record. Bless. Quality response from an awful troll, you need some new material. Enjoy your night Sir.

Quality night and a happy and emotional end to the season. We all enjoyed ourselves. Several part timers I brought along are now confirmed Stokies, I'd guess. Pitch invasions a novelty for some. :-) We are Stoke! I love this club mostly. S

I'm not sure if this is for real or not However, I'm guessing as it's Wilko's night, a pitch invasion following a successful penalty and being carried like a king with a load of your mates who happen to have all had standing ovations when announced or subbed is a pretty good way to round off the day and indeed a career. Now i would imagine there's one helluva party taking place if any of 'em are still standing A lap of honour might've been a lap too far for some Let's all just chill and enjoy what seems to have been a great send-off.I'm sure a few of the youngsters who played tonight will have had their eyes opened to what really can be achieved with dedication and hard work. A bit of real fan adulation I can't be the only one in seeing that Hughes playing the lot puts what it's like on match day? Not football but the crowd+ atmosphere. Really enjoyed it myself thought Cresswell and Pato looked good. Shame Fuller or Stein didn't score.

Back to the game instead of WD crying in his milk... Where the bloody hell has cresswell found that extra yard of pace from? He looked sharper tonight than he did in his last year here First time I've seen the younger players have a kick. Telford has good feet and balance, and that bloody left back is like Usain bolt. Heard good reports of them so hopefully they start pushing on I was impressed by Rory - he still kept popping up all over the place with interceptions, and was getting around the place until the 60 minute mark. I was surprised that Lawrence couldn't manage more than 20 minutes, though. I loved how they reverted to old habits in the second half, with Ric ambling about, Mama doing the Mama role, Cresswell just running backwards and forwards on the wing and Higgy smacking 50 yard long balls up the pitch. It was nice for the two young lads who scored belters, too.

Think this steward might be in trouble /video/1 Disgusting, surprised someone didn't give him a slap tbh. The stewards knew it was going to happen as they cleared the ball boys out the way.

Cresswell was class, his second was finished perfectly.
Took my Stoke city tinted glasses off for about 30 seconds in the second half and it looked to me like Bards dived for the penalty. Shocked no one else saw it.
Great night though....loved the pitch invasion!!!! Top lad, all the best Wilko.

I've heard Telfords name pop up before but never heard of the young lad that scored the other belter. He was a bloody fair unit though

We was speaking to a steward on the pitch after and he was dying it was all planned by the club before hand. This fat cunt needs his head kicking in.

It was always going to happen.

On another note what's happened to Phil dowd? Was a decent ref and used to get some big games. Now he looks like he's spent less time in the gym and more time in Biddulph kebab house had he eat jon parkin?

Awful atmosphere in the q railing...kept getting told to sit down when clapping players on and off the pitch and got some rate funny looks for singing songs...if you can't have a sing-a-long on a testimonial then when can you.. Anyome would have thought we'd been relegated this year the miserable folk in there So the q-railing is just as shit for a 'bit of fun' testimonial? I hate ever having to sit in there as I want to join in with the boothen

I dont think the lap of honour was really needed, most of the old guard had been subbed off or on, so had got their reception from the crowd. Nice to see Crouch score. How good was Hoefkens ball in though?
Delap looked like he could still run all day. Fuller and Beattie are massive now

Hoefkins was ace. Top cross for the goal.
The stewards acted shamefully. At the bottom of block 23, they closed a gate on about 40 or so fans which meant there was a crush. The gate collapsed and people fell onto the floor. Someone even shouted "people are going to get fucking hurt" but they weren't bothered.
