Pulis for england. I'm not even joking I think tony pulis would get the best out of the england squad and he'd make them play with passion again. Just imagine an England team with shawcross and crouchy up front What's that in a Pulis 4-4-2 ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/800541/images/vEIFeJPtIIq1awrUd6zP.gif)

Absolutely no chance whatsoever.
He'll have to pick at least 1 of Kane, Austin or Ings.
I think he'll take Kane

Ryan should have a chance but he won't because the current manager is a fuckwit. The plus side is that he will have less stress on his injury.

By now he should be England's first choice centre back. One of the greatest puzzles of the modern age is how a manager could honestly rate the Chuckle Brothers at Man Utd above him.

The sad thing is that he should be starting. Yep, and also that Ryan not making the squad won't even raise an eyebrow from the rest of the country. Really got to feel sorry for the lad. He's clearly desperate to play for his country, is more than good enough, and is exactly what we're crying out for. There really isn't a justifiable excuse for leaving the most consistent English centre half over the last 6 years out of the squad is there?

So thats it for Ryan with Woy in charge.

I stand more chance of getting in the England squad because I've been fortunate enough not to break a london clubs media darlings leg in a high energy, fast paced, competitive contact sport.

Roy keane purposefully snaps Haalands leg and ends his career, plays for Man Utd though as club captain so it's brushed under the carpet, Keane goes on to do t.v punditry. Shawcross accidently breaks an apponents leg and it starts a witch hunt because he plays for Stoke a small Premiership club who have no right to make a hard tackle on Arsenal.

Zero sadly. Regardless of the injury until Woy leaves that post, Ryan won't even be in consideration and instead we will have to suffer the likes of Smalling, Jones and Stones. Id imagine Tyler Blackett is ahead of Ryan. ![](http://www.feintzebra.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/roy-hodgson-ponders.jpg)

When Ryan is on top form and injury free, propelling us up the table with fine performances he cannot get a in, Dickhead Hodgson would rather give handjobs to out of form Jagielka, injured Jones, inexperienced Chambers or plain shite Smalling. If he can't get in then, what chance now?
It would be ironic if he got a call now though after missing the last month and a half, but won't be holding my breath. If I was Ryan I would play for Wales, and I am as English as they come by the way

Pearce is the fucking moron who thought Michael Mancienne (a Chelsea reserve at the time now ruling the roost at a mid table Championship club) was a better bet for the U21's than Shawcross. Thank God the fuckwit is out of football for good.

One of the greatest puzzles of the modern age is how a manager could honestly rate the Chuckle Brothers at Man Utd above him. can't disagree with that but i still don't see the need for a thread this time as even if he was a regular starter for England, he wouldn't get called up this time anyway as he's been out injured for weeks...full stop, end of story, nothing to see here. in general the fact that these threads crop up everytime there's a squad selection is understandable but not on this occasion..it's just an excuse for the usual idiots to find a reason to slag off England...again!

Stones is a damn good player and will be around for years to come whereas Smalling and Jones are 2 utter fuck knuckles who have the same footballing ability as Stephen Hawking with a flat battery
