The statement Kav made about joining a bigger club was technically true. However it was made about Man City who were in for him/who he thought he was joining. Man City pulled out & he signed for Cardiff (obviously)& the statement was released anyway (was Moxey still at Stoke at that time?) by SCFC thus making Kav look like a compelte twat. Had he joined Man City (who had just been promoted to what is now The Championship)I don't think anyone would have batted an eyelid at his statement. He couldn't come out & say (then) that his quotes were re Man City & not Cardiff as that would probably offend his new employers/fans. In short a compete stich up.

Pretty sure we can still blame Moxey for things that happened before and after his reign of terror. It was his fault that Hitler invaded Poland just as Stoke's best ever team was approaching its prime, and he was most definitely responsible all those occasions the concourse ran out of Wrights Pies at half-time despite the ground only being half full. (Actually that last bit is probably true, isn't it.)

coz it doesn't make much sense to him. Tbh makes more sense to him joining deportivo in a league which he knows and in which he has done well It really depends on what the player wants doesn't it? If he wants to try and recapture his lost form and play in one of the best leagues in the world, being coached by a team that have a good track record in getting the best from out of form players, then yes, coming here would be the perfect choice for him. my assessment is that bojan needs to bounce back after some rather disappointing spells in Italy and holland. So coming here might be too much of a gamble whilst joining depo to play in a league in which he made his name might appear to be the safer option

Do you want him here?

Right, so there's one thing I've learnt since Friday morning.... The Spanish talk more bollocks than the English. From 'Spanish sources' in the last few days I've translated the following: . Bojan set to sign for Stoke . Bojan set to sign for Deportivo . Bojan deciding between Stoke and Deportivo . 3 European clubs in for Bojan . Stoke pull out of Bojan deal . Stoke and Barcelona still trying to agree on a deal for Bojan . Deportivo confident of Bojan deal . Bojan signs 3 year deal with Stoke . Bojan signs 3 year deal with Deportivo Fair play to em
