Come on guys – the reason they kept cooking the Meth was because Todd liked the girl. Can’t you remember his uncle & co taking the piss out of him? Now, the bit where I am thick … that powder Walt put into that woman’s drink that made her feel ill … was that a killer powder? And you thought that was a good enough explanation? They had already got more money than they were ever going to be able to spend, why risk your liberty, trying to get a tiny little bit more and/or because Todd liked Lydia? I also think the end of the episode where Jessie all of a sudden put all the dots together and realised what had happened with the switch of the ricin cigarette was a massive leap to expect the viewer to make. Great tv show but far from being up there with the best imo. A tiny little bit more money? They had a years supply of methylamine, a prisoner capable of making the purest meth on the planet and contacts to sell their product all the way over in Europe. In a year's time, they would of x4 or x5 their money. I do agree that Jesse putting it all together was a bit of a reach though. God, I wish he had died in the finale.

One of my boys downloaded a load of Minecraft apps on his phone and ended up with a load of Chinese adverts popping up all over the place. I deleted them all but they still appeared so I had to wipe his device to get rid of them. The app had access to the phone dialer, but it could not use it because I had previously removed it by extracting the dialer app from the ROM before flashing. (My lad is too young to be trusted with a fully functional phone yet). This meant that the dodgy app could not send out messages or dial premium rate numbers. I repeat, that app may not be malicious, but there are malicious apps out there, granted there are not many and they are not very sophisticated, but sideloading is by far the best way to get malicious code on your device. We are adults and we can make our own choices, I believe that people need to understand the risks first. I believe you. However this app isn't malicious in any way.

Just seen the final two episodes, at last! Reasonable ending I thought, but left me feeling a little underwhelmed. There was an awful lot more magic in the first 4 seasons to be fair and I think it had definitely run it's course but it's still got to be the best TV drama ever made, taken as a whole.
Since last October, i've watched every single episode in sequence and have been pretty much riveted throughout, and it's taken me to places i've never experienced in TV drama before. However, for me, the last 6 episodes failed to get anywhere near to Breaking Bad's high water mark, particularly in seasons 2,3 and 4.
Still a work of genius though.

Android itself is totally malicious though! Don't consider using one of those things unless you root it!

Great show, but doesn't hold a candle to The Sopranos for me. Read the first page of this thread for the heads up on that discussion, Brit. Then tell us why you prefer The Soprano's! Two main points really. 1. Breaking Bad Season 1 was slow, and the final season also went a bit too far, they felt like they were running out of ideas. Season 2, 3 and 4 were brilliant however The Sopranos was always brilliant. 2. This is the main reason for me, and its the same reason why the greatest films are so great. When you watched The Sopranos, you imagined you were one of them. You felt like you were in Tony's crew. After the show had finished, for an hour or so you still felt like you were in that life with them. Breaking Bad never got under the skin like that.

With you all the way Brits, lost count of the number of times I've watched The Sopranos dvd's but still find myself recording and watching episodes of it regularly. Really enjoyed Breaking Bad but The Sopranos, imho, best show ever. (On a similar note I've just finished watching Peaky Blinders,Superb)

Talk of a spin off show involving Saul ( just call saul ) and Jessie. Never seen soprano's but really want to get into it, new one a Yank pal of mine recommends is "Ray Donovan" never heard of it, but it was him who told me how good BB was...

Completely understand what you mean, but for me, it's the opposite. I felt that I was Breaking Bad with Walt on his journey whereas I just couldn't feel one with Tony's crew although The Sopranos is a masterpiece.

Thought Peaky Blinders was very, very good, although I was somewhat surprised at how many actors struggled with a Brummy accent! Ray Donovan is rubbish.

I've turned to smoking crystal meth to help with the withdrawals of Breaking Bad now it has finished.....there's just no other way to fill the void in my left that the show has left!
