Coates will only do what is in the interest of Mr Coates period! In truth if he was any good he'd never come to us would he. Personally I think there's a hidden agenda at the club and there's very little money to spend. I was hoping that Hughes never made a statement along the lines of he never knew or how surpised he is how much ability the current squad because its bull shit and a way of saying I've been told to work with what I have. Emphasis on youth development prioritising? |

Not being willing to go to 6m or 7m for Diouf - and not matching the loan fee offered for a player by a mid-table club in an absolutely skint French league doesn't exactly fill you with confidence.
But there could be things involved we don't know about.
Concerning at this stage though.
