It's not all over this tie.
I reckon their manager is wound up tight as a bow after the first match and will be urging his troups to give it a real good go at the Brit.
Could be a bruising encounter and TP will need to make sure the lads are not indulging in any chicken counting.

Our hotel last Thursday was 100 yards from the Young Boys Wankdorf stadium.....very impressive and we actually walked unchallenged in through a gate and onto the pitch; even when we were spotted the bloke just had a chat and then went about his business!!!....If we draw them in group stages it is well worth a visit and a 10 minute taxi ride from Berne city centre

It would not be a shock if we hit double fugures on Thursday. I had been saying Thun were up to Colchester's standard - in reality they would struggle to give Newcastle Town a game. They were unfit, slow, weak with only the basic footballing skills. I find it hard to believe that their players are actually paid for playing football.

You're not coming over as arrogant at all. Swiss sides have done quite well in Europe and they are top of the league.

Here we go again - Thun are the next Real Madrid blah de blah de blah.
I was there on Thursday evening and Thun are the worst professional footballing outfit I have ever seen.
They didn't have the first idea and looked like they trained one evening per week.
I will be shocked of we don't rattle in a hatful of goals. Hajduk were bad enough, but significantly superior to Thun.
Thinking that Thun are a good team is the equivalent of still believing dragons lurk in far off shores. Don't fear the unknown.

That is completele irrelevant, as they clearly arent worse than newcastle town, the point is it isnt over, and they may play much better this week We only have a one goal lead so its not over, have you never heard of an upset?

I thought Thun werr poor, but March your either a complete arsehole & on a wind up... Or you actually believe they won't cause us any problems whatsoever... Which is a very stupid thing to assume
They knocked the ball about quite well and if it wasnt for Upson putting a beauty of a tackle in right by where we were, we may have been 1-1 going into thursdays game
It'll be a tough game but I expect a 2-0 win at least with all the goals in the 2nd half!

Yes, they are worse than Newcastle Town. They are dreadful beyond description. There are shocks and then there are shocks. A shock for me would be us scoring less than 3 goals on Thursday evening. A major shock would be Thun getting a goal. They are so flimsy and weak, they have no pace and were knackered after an hour. Their passing was desperate to put it mildly. The biggest danger to us is the referee and our own cock ups.

What fucking game were you at? They knocked it about quite well Utter bell end you are youth I take it you are scared of the dark as well. I remember newcastle Town tapping the ball about on the halfway line as well. In my 50 years of watching Stoke they were easily the weakest opponents I have seen in a competitive game. What is our record victory?
