Any oatie posters on here?
CFG, Teardrop, Cazzer and Vigger with Noel Blake

Crowd Shot:

On the pitch:

Crowd shot:

Put that fag down:

The convicts (Polly and Taff) with Lee Sandford. Taff made the front page of the Oatcake if I"m not mistaken

Crowd shot (and Garth)

Someone had to be first one the pitch - trust it to be me. No Fergie time in those days, clock says 4.45 lol

Are you an Oatie poster?

Crowd shot:

Who are yer

A defensive wall ;D

More crowd shots:

Don"t know these lads

Stokies here, Stokies there, Stokies every fuckin where

Thats it for this week folks
Probably can"t make Sunderland as it means two days off for me, but will be at the DW

Didn't the team (or was it just Foxy) come out in beach shorts to warm up? Happy days!

50 years old, and just learned how to use a scanner lol
I have had these pictures stashed away for nigh on 20 years, and try to tell supporters of today what it was like following the mighty Potters even during the bad times
We won this game 4-1, and the police expected about 20 die-hards at the Goldstone Ground that day
Not a hint of trouble, and when 4000 turned up the coppers just could not believe it for a side already doomed
In fairness, the plod were outstanding that day, and helped make it special to all travelling supporters

Happy memories! i remember the mass footy match between all the stokies on the pitch afterwards, also on the coach on the way down some pissed up stokie wrote "stoke" on his forehead using the mirror in the bog, when he came out it was a pisser to see it written backwards ;D Notice the fences are a bit smashed up as well? Wasnt that due to the scumbags from leeds a few weeks earlier running riot down there?

Brilliant memories from that day, must be most Stokies best way day ever. It was also my mate Mark Sales debut for Stoke, which was bizarre for me as a few years previous we were travelling to away games together with my Dad!!!
