The elephants in chessington zoo could conceive and give birth in a shorter time span than it would take mama to score ten premiership goals. Along with dickie he should be thanked and then moved on.

Lats season, the talk was for a "fox in the box", what can you call Beats if it isnt that? The guy was a great signing and a Tone special. Yes, we need a Fuller Mk 2, but if we get that i.e. Bent, with Ashton, we will have 2 "Fullers" and 2 "Beaty-ies", plus Mama, plus goal scoring/playmaking midfeilder, should give us some good combinations.., its odd Camera didnt get a chance last season tho...

To mention Mama in the same breath as Cresswell is a joke. He was integral to the way we played last season and I can't remember a single poor game he had. If we are going to start putting together a list of players we should 'thank and move on', then Mama should be way way down it, with at the very least the 'Newport 11' ahead of him in the departure lounge. Remember also, he cost virtually nothing, kept his place in the side on merit, and out-perfomed and out-shone expensive flops such as Kitson, Tonge, Oli, Soares.. He's no world beater but a great squad player, even at this level...

Sad but unfortunately true i'm affraid.

I don't have a problem with our forwards except that Cressie is out of his depth and Kitson couldn't play in the Pulis system last season. Perhaps Kitson will find his feet this season? Who knows. Nobody in the team can play the 'Mama Role' like Mama and in the Pulis system of 4-4-1-1, Mama is the lynchpin.
As for Fuller, apart from his petulance, he's the best striker/player up front we've had since Steino. His skill and pace are awesome. Beattie is a good solid player who will always score goals with service.
No, I don't have any problems about our forwards.
OS.

Our strikeforce is great in my opinion for a lower premiership team.. I mean look at Hull..who do they have? Who did West brom have? What about Wigwam? teams like that.

Done OK for us in the battering ram role - especially in the lower leagues. Committed? Yes. Fits the system? Yes. Team player? Yes. BUT Point 1) This year if we play the same way this season as last, teams will be ready for that tactic and better prepared to combat it. I personally can't seem the same method working again in the Prem. Point 2) Is that technically - he's toss! We are continually being told we have to move on and improve. If that means we (eventually) sign supposedly better players and ship others out let's see where Mama ends up and for how much. I think that will be a fair assessment of his attributes, n'est pas?

Finishing skills? Ermm OK - but we are now Prem not Championship. Do we owe him and others like Griffin and Creswell some kind of extended favouritism and a starting place based on what happened in a lwer league 2 years ago?
