and the fact you have jumped on my back because i have dared give credit to pro evo, shows how much of a fifa fanboy you are. If i'm a Fifa fan boy why have I owned 2 versions of PES and 2 of Fifa? have a look at my gamer card, all versions of PES on the 360 have been dreadful, Fifa road to the World Cup was awful and Fifa 09 is by far the best football game available at the present time. I just knew you were going to post what you did.

The graphics are shit, they have tried to hard with the players and lost the feel of the game all the players run like they have back problems and there arms are stuck in place Torres looks like he has skin cancer The crowds look awful when you kick the ball to shoot the sound is like someone shutting their boot on a car When you take a goal kick it goes into some 2d strange view All round poor effort again, its a good job there are fanboys about else CONomi would of gone out of business long ago. from playing the demo's, another year to Fifa. i can agree that the sound of the ball being kicked is over the top, i dont know what your mean about the 2d strange view from goal kicks, crowds look alright, fifa's corwds are not much better, the player likenesses are much better then fifa's, and the over all graphics are brilliant, the fact your saying the graphics are shit shows that your looking at fifa through rose tinted specks, i played the fifa demo, enjoyed it aswell, but im still gona be buying pro evo this year, because thats the game i enjoy playing, you buy fifa, i hope you enjoy playing that too, but lets not have these stupid arguments, i can accept everything you have said as a matter of opinion, but for you to say the graphics are shit really knocked your agument down. come on, lets play nice.

and lets remember that the fifa and pro evo demo's will only be 75-80% builds of what the final product will be.

The players do look good but they move like they are cardboard cut outs which ruins the graphics and feel of the game.
Gerrard may look good close up but what will Cresswell look like? they wont spend the time on him as they have on Gerrard.
It just doesn't feel right to me to be honest, maybe I am stuck in my Fifa ways since 09 came out.

Thing to remember is that liverpool are a fully licensed team in the game so all there players will look fantastic, Stoke will probably be midlands red or something like that with generic looking players. Time however will tell

i can see why alot of people went over to fifa after pro evo 2008, it was not the game everyone eas expecting, but i think once the final build of both games come out, alot of people who went over to fifa will have a big decision on their hands about which game to go for this year, especially if pro evo can sort out the online,
there both good games, and as long as it stays that way, we win because every year they will be pushing each other futher.

Yeah use the search function (magnifying glass) on the PS Store to get the demo.
Can't believe how little has changed in the space of a year. Apart from new graphics and some Kaiser Chiefs music it's still the same game.
It's so rigid and robotic it's unreal! Disgusting how you can't even move a player receiving a pass til the ball is at his feet, it's as if they're just glued there!
I think the developers really need to sit down and play FIFA and realise how many fucking faults this game has. I'd be surprised if they sold one copy this year, there's not one aspect of this game that FIFA 10 doesn't piss all over.

I bought both FIFA and PES09 and even though the latter seems to have had a right slating, I still prefered it to EA's offering.
Perhaps I'm easily pleased, but when you grew up playing "Pele's super soccer" on the Atari, even a supposedly inferior PES game is jaw-droppingly good.

i can understand people saying they dont like it, but to say "nothing has changed in the space of a year" is just silly.

So gameplay-wise what has changed.
I know about the formation and tactics options, but on the pitch what has changed?

its much slower, over the top through balls now are decided by power rather then where the player is running, you can control goalkeepers positioning, penalty's, shooting is completely different, tackling is completely different, dribbling is completely different, the graphics are completely different, the goal keepers reactions are completely different, the A.I. is completely different,
want me to keep going?

not really that impressed by it if im honest, the running seems too rigid whereas with fifa it just seems to flow.

first one is a computer error, which can happen in any game, like it did on the fifa demo i was playing last night,
the second one is indecisive goalkeeping, thinking torres was gona put his foot through it, which happens in real life, either that or he was barcelona, ran out the goalie using the manual control, then kept clicking the button.
this is just getting silly now, i put you in your place by givng you an extensive list of things that are different about the game, so you come back with 2 video's,
one of which is a mistake yes, from a 70% build of the game, and 2 is just someone who is not very good at controlling their keeper.

time to stop being silly now, if you prefer fifa and think pro evo is shit, then play on it by all means, but slating a demo build of a game, saying its no different, when you clearly havent played the previous version alot, then posting video's of a game error to try and justify yourself is just abit sad really.

Pfft, come join us all on FIFA!
And what is with the fucking crossing in the game, there's no way of putting just a little bit of power into the kick to get it slightly into the box, always goes to the far side of the box!

also forgot to add how easy it is to score from cut backs yet again. run with anyway down the wing and in the box cut it back and you score, too simple.

In some positive new, PES 2010 is the first in the series to feature music by REAL artists
Here's the line up so far...
Daft Punk The Prodigy The Klaxons Kaiser Chiefs Chemical Brothers
Improvement from previous PES games then... ;D

Think people are getting too hung up on this fanboy bollocks. You're taking the piss out of pes by your decision and sticking it in his face because (in your opinion) he's wrong and is only playing it becuase hes a fanboy. He just prefers pes, as you prefer fifa, whats the problem? First time I played fifa 10, I fucking hated it. I gave it a chance and I'm warming to it. Looking forward to downloading pes to see what I think tonight. Now be niiiiice
