Please TP, pick Camara and Fuller! Higgy isn't that bad as we have Pugh who is a steady back-up.

And I forgot to say that I have decent confidence in Pugh as well.

i'd stick cort up front did he not start as a striker ???
hamstring injuries are usually 3 weeks minimum so beattie may miss west ham

Beattie doesnt have hamstring - just thigh strain which could still be an issue but hopefully not for West Ham - Stoke official site got it wrong - TP said on radio Stoke and all other quotes twas a thigh strain
he used the word hamstrung re amount of injuries and it obviously confused the editor - bless

It might be me being nervous etc now we are so close but if you listen to the bit right at the end of the video on Sky TP states that Beatts has a small tear (bloody hell) and when asked if he may be out for season TP said he will def be out for Fulham, not nah he will be back for West Ham or Hull

I agree that Fuller and Camara are too similar to play together. Who holds the ball up in that partnership? We'd have to change the way we play quite drastically to accomodate those two up front together.
There has to be an alternative to Cresswell though. I'm not sure Oli is the answer either, given his total anonymity in 99% of the games he's played this season. A five man midfield with Tonge pushing forward on occasion to support Fuller might be a decent option?
He's going to play Cresswell though.

It's showing up our lack of depth, especially at full back and must be a priority, next season. Meanwhile, whoever plays must improve his match fitness in anticipation of meeting Theo, next month.

How about playing Tom Soares alongside Riccy on Saturday? Think he could do a decent job playing just off him

Serious blows - we need to enable the squad to cover.
I'd expect Steven Kellly to come in for Wilkinson - Griffin or Pugh for Higgy and, camara for Beattie or, use Michael Tonge in a five man midfield
there you are ! sorted!

Tonge has been played 'in the hole' for most of his reserve outings this year, so if Cresswell and Camara aren't selected, then he would make the most sense (and I would go for this option anyway now Beattie is out)

Lets give Kelly left back slot. Could be a blessing in disguise as Higgy is not the best passer of the ball to say the least. Bring Oli back as the big target man instead of Creswell who is fucking useless.

Cresswell is shit but we've been over this one million and one times on this board so i'll leave him be.
Dicko has GOT to start ahead of Pugh, we are safe, we know what Pugh offers and its time to give Dicko a chance to prove than he can come into the team and be as successful as Wilko. He is very solid defensively, far better than Pugh IMO.
Goarn Tone give him a chance.

Mr Pickles - we aint safe yet. Bottom line is both could do a job for us but Pugh for me as he has had more matches lately But if TP puts Pugh in the middle/or bench and Dicko in starting I will be happy as neither will let us down The issue is more upfront alongside Ricci

???I thought Higgy had setup about 4 of our last 6 goals with his bad passing I'm glad I'm not the only one who spotted this. Up front, we have real problems. Cressers and Camara are so far from being Prem strikers it is laughable. I have little hope of getting anything from this next game and our tremendous record of scoring in 7 successive games (matched only by Spurs this season) must be in doubt. It is a timely reminder that our squad needs some serious strengthening this summer, especially if any of our best 11 are tempted by the money of a bigger club. Still we have had a good run and in football you never know, we deserve a 'lucky' away win after all of our efforts. I might not like Camara or rate Cressers, but once they are on that pitch on Saturday, they will get my support as if we had a reincarnated Sir Stan playing for us.
