I really hope not.
However, I thought he was back from the original injury far too quickly. Just goes to show you can't rush these things.
No need to worry Pericard will be fresh and raring to go!

against Villa reserves tonight ...oh right... to be honest I don't think it's a massive blow, yes it's a setback but much worse if Beattie or Ric were out. Kitson to come back from Reading??? Cresswell???

Its a bit of a dilemma as to whether to play important "first teamers" in the reserves with so much at stake in the Premier League.
We have not got enough points yet and we need every player fit.
I thought it was a risk letting Kitson go out on loan - especially as I think there is no recall to Stoke.

march4 - with Mama injured they'd have been daft not to have withdrawn Camara.

To be honest i don't think Kitson is an option Marc, his mindset is wrong at the moment.

Potters Its all about making sure we have enough options to be safe: If Mama is injured then that is a major blow - his importance was seen as soon as he took to the pitch on Saturday and distracted 2 Boro defenders. If Fuller was to get injured again - not impossible all of a sudden we are down to bare bones at a crucial period. There was nothing wrong with Kitson's finish last week for Reading; different level but Kitson CAN score in this league. Just think we could have played extra cautious and kept him on the back burner. oatcakefanzine.proboards27.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Potters&thread=67986&page=1_______________________________ Re: One assumes that Kitson will be loaned........ « Result #11 on Mar 5, 2009, 14:28 » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Surely any club interested would have to pay an Ameobi like Loan fee? Don't think Stoke will risk it - with whats happened to Pericard.
