For Man City fans, whilst it must be exciting getting stars of the game playing for them, how must they really feel (assuming they get Kaka) that they work their backsides off to afford to go and support their team, and there is a player they idolise earning £1M every fortnight, who doesn't really want to be there. It really is disgusting

Even though I can't see it really happening, I would love it for these idiots to get relegated I also hope NOBODY will sign for them, cant see that happening neither, there bound to get someone.

I genuinely think I'd hate it if this was happening to Stoke, I love being mediocre, and being underdogs, it must be so boring to win every week, not that Citeh are but I just wouldn't want to be a club that ruins football, though that's what some people actually do think of us

Really hope they sign kaka and then we injure him on 31st ;D
OR He is already injured and Man City go down, meaning Kaka is now worth £10 and a Wrights pie...

surely even an accepted bid means that Kaka would have to agree personal terms and with comments like 'it's not about the money' and his apparent reluctance to go, then surely he could make himself 'unsignable' if he was defiant enough. Or can a club 'force' a player to accept a move? I seem to remember the Robinho signing breaking on SSN on deadline day and reports that he cried, since he was unhappy with the move!!??

110 million for a football plaayer boggles the mind, one can only think what the likes of stanley mathews/pele/georgey best would have been on/worth in modern days. I think its pathetic tbh..
you could bail an african country out of debt for that sort of money ;D

No, he cried because he wanted Real Madrid to sell him so badly. He basically begged Man City to take him.

they won't get him! kaka slyly snubbed man city. They're a mid table team and kaka is going to want trophies and champions league football! Not a relegation battle.

I'd piss myself if they got relegated the owners of Citeh have a strategy in place if that were to happen. They'd write off the blue half of manchester as a poor investment, buy Man United as a new venture, transfer all of united debts to Citeh and declare them bankrupt to go out of existence whilst asset stripping at the same time in taking Robinho and Kaka to united. And when the owners are bored of that they can try drilling for oil at old trafford

Please enforce some transfer caps and save our bloody game !!! Well said, and a transfer cap. We're in a recession, and most of Man City's loyal fans are going to end up being pirced out the game so they can pay the wages of these over rated and over priced south american footballers. The sad thing is though, which Citeh fans don't seem to be seeing is that as soon as it goes wrong, the Arabs will pull the plug and leave Citeh in a right fucking mess. Look at Leeds

Nothing would please me more than seeing Robinho in the championship next year I'm almost certain that Robinho would have a get out clause in his contract if that happens, this will probably be the same if Kaka signs.

Kaka has been given clearance by AC Milan to talk with Manchester City. news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_city/7830199.stm
