Did he cost us? Well we'll never know i guess as we won't know what the score would have been if he didn't do it but he he certainly fucked up our odds a bit. It wasn't even devious in any way. Just a totally blant lunge in from behind that was never going to be missed. Let everyone down big time i'm afraid. Shame really as up until then he'd been really solid and nobody could have asked for anymore from him

He cost us a point, Chris Foy cost us probably 3 points, if you get what I mean

I think Wilkinson generally had a good game, but if he wants to be a regular in the side he has got to learn from yesterday. The tackle for which he was sent off was unnecessary and was probably the result of Ronaldos earlier actions and moaning. Understandable to some extent, but if he can't learn to control himself he will end up with many more bookings and will be a liability to the team. to some extent he is too honest for his own good, his fouls are in your face and not the sneaky little kicks of these slimy premier league prima-donnas.

Wilko was silly, but he did what every single stoke fan in the ground would have done after the little incident with Ronaldo earlier.
Unfortunately, though a Stokie himself, he is also a professional footballer and he probably should have known better.
However, his first booking was very harsh, for his first foul of the day, and in an identical incident 2nd Half Tevez had 5, yes 5 kicks at Amdy Faye who battled to stay on his feet and eventually played the ball to Fuller. Was Tevez booked at the next break in play? Was he fuck! Did Faye release the ball and then confront him aggressively so as to influence the referee? Did he fuck. Did Faye throw himself on the floor at the first available opportunity? Did he fuck.
Therein lies the real difference between the two sides.
The real noticable difference between the Championship and Premiership is the lack of honesty amongst the players. Apart from Villa and Everton (two honest sides made up primarily of British players) every team we have played this season has shown a real desire to whinge, cry, moan and cheat at every given opportunity.
Manure did themselves no favours yesterday, and Paul Scholes apart, every one of their players showed a real lack of class.
What the fuck was the "foul" on Van der Sar given for?

Of course he cost us. YES he was having a good game but to play 10 men against the world champions, of course we won't hold out.

It was a stupid thing to do. But, when riled, haven't we all done stupid things? He has to learn from his stupidity. Anybody can make a mistake but only a fool makes the same mistake twice. Apart from that act of lunacy, the lad did well. I fear that Pulis will not forgive him so easily.
OS.
