Am i the only person noticing that the atmosphere around the Brit has gone way downhill for the past two games? Im not sure whether it is because it seemed like a couple of Championship games, or just because we are getting overly confident that the lads can do it without everyone getting fully behind them...
But i felt, definately in the first half, that songs were only half sung, and the only proper atmosphere compared to the other games around the ground was when everyone sung Delilah.
Opinions?

It might be, it seemed like me, my old man and my uncle were the only ones giving it any where we were sitting.

we all said it in rows 7 and 8, block 21, but no one did anything!!!!!
Tommy Sorensen song was well deserved though!
Why were those in block 19 turfed out? Can't be weed again, surely?!, there must've be a dozen flung out before half time ???

I had a ball where I was sitting ;D I really enjoyed today though-lots of singing, blood and guts on the pitch and then a decent point. And I conna wait for the Derby game.

Because from the start of the season we've felt a little ''wow what are we doing here, this is amazing'' and so we'd still be screaming our heads off if we were getting smashed every week
The problem is we've now started to think we have the right to pick up points all the time and so are disapointed if it doesn't go our way, before we were just happy to be in the premier league

WBA was very poor in terms of atmosphere.
Today was much better.

I don't get to many games due to cost in travelling. But when I do I sing my heart out for Stoke. Last Saturday I was with my mate (first premiership match for him) the "old bill" gave me a right telling off for being too passionite in my opinion..when we scored against WBA..
Not too sure if me and my passion for the potters is allowed any more?? ???

There must be some S-o-T rule saying we must not exceed 50 decibels otherwise we will get some sort of fine.

I thought Hull fans were excellent. We were reactive, rather than proactive, for the second week running.

It doesn't help that we have been pretty poor on the pitch the last two games in comparison to previous fixtures. I was hung over today so did less shouting than usual :-)

For the first 30 minutes I thought the atmosphere was spot on. It then dropped until about 55th minute when we started to give a go and then we never shut up I thought.

Totally agree about the atmosphere dropping off, I wondered myself wether its because we played teams who we came up with. What doesnt help when everyone starts to sing is bloody block 19 singing everything faster than anyone else, Whats up with everyone in there are they on speed or something...Come on lads slow it down

The last 2 games Atmosphere dropping...what are you comparing it to? beating the Arsenal comfortably. Only natural really, let's not read too much into it. Just need to get our noses in front early on again and it will be right back up there

I think it's a combination of :
1. the cold 2. the teams we were playing and 3. we were not really very good
Look, we are miles ahead of where we expected to be at this stage of the season, but, let's be honest, some of our football lately has been on the one-dimensional side hasn't it?

No Shaun, im comparing it to all home games this season. We were louder when we played Everton and Chelski.
It shouldnt be that we only get fully behind them when we score. It should be we get behind them, even if we are 2 or 3 down. It doesnt matter who scores first.

3rd visit to the brit today and I thought it was far better than in previous visits. To be honest the frequency of your chanting was very disappointing because when you went for it,it was as loud as anywhere else I've visited this season(all Hull away games).Good luck for the rest of the season.

By atmosphere dropping, I assumed you meant the actual Atmosphere dropping in relation to the fog ;D
Not any different to the Villa, Everton, Arsenal games if I'm truly honest. Couldn't see a difference mate!

thought the Hell fans gave a good account of themselves, couldn't really make out what they were singing but they gave it a good go. The left side right side thing seemed to get em all going and us as I think we'd been pretty quiet for a good ten mins.
An away following in terms of atmosphere and support similar to our own I reckon, fair play bet they blew the emerates and the lane away.....................barstewards

I thought it was better than last week, but short of what we have been doing - we seem to have created better stmospheres when we've been "up against it" i.e. villa, everton, chelsea, arsenal - and then when we're against teams we can really compete with, the fans haven't been as vocal. Although I'm sure it didn't deserve the chant I think the Hull fans were singing at one point - " just like a library" - then again they may not have sang that at all

Yes, I think the atmosphere's not been so great the last two, but it's always going to be worse when you spend a large part of game at 0-0 with West Brom and 1-0 down against Hull. It's always going to be far better at 2-0 up v Arsenal.
