Well said lads. Can't believe the dickheads were kicking off at the match again! Nice one - first match in the prem and and we get shown up.
What the fuck is the point of the away card if they don't take them off these dicks!
Especially the bunch of chavs I saw after the match throwing rocks at people. Well done.
On the plus side - we were in the bolton side - and the stokies sounded awsome! Really loud!

like Scouse says, we can now expect the following when we visit Manchester (x2) and probably Wigan/Blackburn:
Two welcoming parties. The first will be the police who now have an excuse to make our journeys to these matches as difficult as possible, and secondly irate Mancs who won't discriminate between those after trouble and those who aren't.
Anyone taking the train to Manchester for these games will probably think again now after what some Stokies got up to yesterday.
Well done to those who sang Munich songs to Mancunian shoppers - you really did us proud, didn't you?

I'll bet the Chief Executive, John Alcock and the Fans Forum have printed out that first post and laminated it.

;D
Im getting some abuse here.
Buddha - Like I said, we were quiet up until they decided to treat us like Cattle!
People are taking what happend the wrong way, for everyone that was in the group, they know what it was actually like, fair enough the "runway" song was wrong, and I admit that, I new at the time it was, but by no means were the large majority of us idiots or hooligans of any sort. Just a good couple of hundred of fans (including swedish stokies...hello to you by the way!!) who got treated like shat.
Rant over.

Talk about OTT Reactions.
Get a grip, the reason we were horded around Manchester was because of the Idiots...aparently smashing up Bolton train station! The Police even said that themselves, any group of 100-200 not pleased at being forced to walk in a police march through Manchester, getting piss wet through, thirsty, hungry, dying for toilet, with kids, Stoke fans...arn't all going to keep shtum whereever we were, be it Manchester or anywhere else.
Alot of the songs were Stoke, and a few anti Man United ( expected as we were walking through Manchester) - And to be honest, there was one guy that took offence to our songs, and he tried to get at the Stoke fans in the group, halfway through the March If i remember rightly, only to get pushed back on the floor by police.

i totally agree the police treat us like shit, which is wrong, but FFS, the munich song (which often leads to BNP / IRA nonesense) makes my skin crawl, so embarressed to be part of, what is in the main, our great, great club.

I hope your post was written with all the imagination and embellishment of youth otherwise I am worried!

The original post sounds like an example of how NOT to behave at an away match IMO!
I've got nothing against singing football songs (i.e. pro-stoke city and the odd piss-take) but we should leave it on the terraces so to speak. Sing as much as you like when your inside the ground, but just shut the fuck up when your outside!
Regardless of what you sing, large groups of supporters (some drunk) singing football chants in town centres and on trains is intimidating to the public and antagonising to the home support or any local chav looking to kick off.
Its a shame that people feel safer not wearing colours, thats the stark reality of football in society today, I've chosen to hide colours for certain away games (like Birmingham City for example). But whether your wearing colours or not, if people approach and leave grounds in a normal manner then it would be safer for ALL football supporters. If you happen to pass the local dickheads, then keep your head down and shut the fuck up!!!

;D ;D You lot really are a bunch of C***s arn't you! Everything was fine up until we hit Manchester with the Police being very forceful, I never said I agreed with the Munich Songs, and have even apologised for joining in with the majority. We went abit dressed up for a laugh and to mark the occasion, we were all 20 years of age or above, so please Fcuk Right off with the "Chidish" remarks. We also provided pretty much all of the inflatables at the game, including the huge banana - again that was to mark the occasion, none of us went looking for trouble, nor did we get in trouble, we just tried to make the most of - really what turned out to be, a pretty bad day after being beaten ! I will be attending every single match this season, as I missed to many last year due to the mrs, but there will be no women coming before stoke this season...apart from Middlesborough where ive found out my ladys 21st is that day. ;D Cant get outa that one!

do you mark birthdays, christenings, divorces, funerals etc, with inflatables and curly wigs too, Ben?
Seems a bit Vale-like and small-time for my liking.

Fair play on all the inflatables Ben, and I personally dont see anything wrong in wearing a red wig for a laugh. Just don't get mixed up in the often percieved 'confrontational' singing and chanting, it will always be recieved in a negative manner outside of away grounds. Getting pissed before the game just adds to the mix.

Oh dear - i think your original posting did you no favours at all Ben - we need real supporters who will support the team on the field and off it (ie be a credit to the team and try to enhance the tarnished reputation of Stoke City off the field) - we dont need the ones who turn up drunk looking for trouble - which one are you going to be? So you are over 20? Time to grow up a bit dont you think?

Bunny - your an even bigger twat than I originally thought after meeting you in person.
My sincere apologies for having a laugh with my freinds by dressing up a little bit and providing plenty of inflatables for everyone. and im also sorry if it was "to small time" for your liking, but in all honesty I couldent give a flying Fcuk if it was, or it wasnt. I'll probably attend a few more away games this season fancy dress if thats okay?
Jaysus - No wonder Smudge is giving up with bell ends like the above chatting shyte on here!!

You stick to your back pack, bum bag and the likes and turn up and be a good samaritan.

The police clearly wanted to make sure that most of the Bolton fans had gone home before allowing large numbers of Stoke fans to walk through the town centres and railway stations.
They try to ask people to just stay where they are for 15 minutes, some idiot mouths of, loads of cock suckers joins in, and hey presto, the police have no choice but to get heavy handed.
Perhaps some football fans should try to enjoy a game of football without getting leathered first, then they wouldn't be so bolshy.
