Also for the record I don’t agree with what Bayern says on a lot of things but he also posts some valid points.
That’s said I have absolutely no care how often someone as posted, seems a very weird thing to flex against someone.
I mean it could be any reason why someone posts a lot.
1) passion for the club 2) bored and it passes time 3) physical disabilities limiting what they can do 4) mental disabilities or loneliness and this is a way to communicate.

We are over the course of the last few year arguably the worst team at home in the country. That takes some doing. Going to home games with zero anticipation of a win is soul destroying. Kids are more used to seeing the away end cheering than the home. They'll get fed up of going. The reason for the empty seats is the embarrassingly poor performance of those on the pitch. We were getting 10k regular pre promotion- to be getting 20k regular when were are: -frankly, an awful football team -run by incompetent idiots off it - a city with a low income -in a cost of living crisis - nowhere near as big a club as some fans think we are is, in my view, demonstrative of the loyalty of many of our fans. That said - the club could have easily credited the accounts of those who had purchased tickets at the original price and offered £5 tickets across the board to fill the place. Fact is- we're shit. That why people are not there. if we go down it has been a product of the last 6/7 years, not the fans not turning up. I completely agree with all of your points — especially the last. However, the fans DO make a huge difference to the outcome of games when they turn up loud and proud. So it's a disappointment that it may not be the case in our biggest game for 6 years. I also think Schumacher deserves the support - it's a fucking difficult job turning this home form around. Ever the optimist, but I really think he's got the ability to get us going if we can stay up this season.

At the end of the day the team tomorrow needs our full support I’m not interested in anything else but tomorrow. So what if we have been rubbish it doesn’t or shouldn’t matter we need to get behind them. All these who are saying for numerous reasons that they are not going no one is interested we all already know why.Can we have some positivity or is that just not the Stoke On Trent way.

I totally agree with you mate. Have a look at what some Stokies say about our city centre, refuse to accept/acknowledge there might still be decent shops, parking, cafes, theatres, museum ……. Much prefer to spout off the usual “It used to be so good in my day” zzzzzz

Just spoken to a Plymouth lad, he’s buzzing for tomorrow but worried shitless.!!!! He’d take a point now.!! There’s 300/400 Plymouth lads coming up on private coaches expecting the Stoke lads to come out..!!! I told him to be prepared to be disappointed.!!! This is the game they’ve been looking forward ever since SS left.. They will give him shit all game … I really hope we show up ….

I'm only going because it's 10 times more difficult watching it at home than in the ground.

Let’s not big them up too much. This season for them is like our first season in the Premier League and we didn’t have too much difficulty getting ourselves up for that, did we?

What is the crowd figure expected to be? 23,011 I reckon it'll be bigger as there will be a late surge of sales. I'm guessing 25k plus and a bouncing Britannia stadium 🙏 Either way its a decent crowd considering whats been dished up entertainment wise...

We have the 12th highest average attendance in the league, when you put into consideration the season we have had at home with what 6 wins? It's a pat on the back to the fans not the shit they get from some on here.

Well, it's a good job Bruising Brenda will be in attendance. She's already started her pre-match drinking.

For what it’s worth, just been down to get a couple more tickets and was told they’re expecting a “pretty big crowd” based on sales in the last couple of days.

Just looked at the seats left online, seems loads left especially the bottom tiers of the Boothen End, probably more avaliable than sold. Plenty of seats empty in other parts of the stadium as well, should the club have offered reduced prices or are supporters not bothered. Thought the atmosphere at Hillsborough was superb, well done to Wednesday for selling out and also congratulations to the 4000 filling the away end. Strange we can't sell out for the most important home game for years. Congrats to you for starting this thread and kick starting sales. Let’s hope for a crowd of 25k+

As for the guy going overdrawn to take his daughter, well done spud, here's hoping the players read that and they show us all some pride.

So someone has been down the ground and expecting a good crowd, and someone has been on line and it’s empty?
I need poirot on the case

And people voted Tory at the last election! Unbelievably in Stoke. Crazy isn't it, after years of constant labour MPs Stoke on Trent was a flourishing area.!! Better off than they have been recently!

As a band once sung “Excuses have their uses but they’re all used up,all used up” Stoke City supporters attend on Saturday if they can for a game of that magnitude WHATEVER has gone before Tunnel of Love? No mate ABC

I live away and only pick and choose my away games and home games when I’m back in Stoke. I’ve had a real draw this week that I haven’t had in a long time that I need to go to show my ‘support’. Logistically I can’t unfortunately, and I’m gutted. Will be watching on the stick but I’d give anything to be there. Never take your club for granted.

Should be great atmosphere.
Steven will be supping a few glasses of Shiraz tomorrow night in relief rather than celebration methinks.
