Sadly out he's been a massive let down. I yearn for a strong combative team with bollocks for a fight.

Some of the problems we have are; who do you replace him with? Do you wait until January? Who is out there that is any better that would realistically take the job? Who would come and work with the current backroom staff? Lets be brutally honest about this, would you want Wilder - Mr 5 at the back and watch his dull football, we don't have the players at the club to play his preferred system, John Eustace, did a decent job and unfairly sacked at Brum but is he going to take us forward or will he be AN MK2 in which case why change? I can't see JC looking abroad and Graham Potter wouldn't come here. Gouranga.

has to be out. Awful, regressive football without any semblance of the basics needed to compete in this league. No plan A, let alone plan B, we are going nowhere with this plum. Has shown nothing in the last 15 months to suggest he is the answer. Also awful recruitment - signed a load of identikit players in wide positions, neglecting shortcomings at centre half and left back, then pisses about playing narrow sideways and backwards, dare say the infamous 5 at the back will make an appearance again soon too.

It's not as if he has a plan and has been unlucky with a couple of injuries to key men .
There is no plan.
There is no system.
There is no way of playing.
He has to go .
He is literally clueless and making it up as he goes along.

Neglecting the keeper situation is hard to look beyond aswell. Granted Bournemouth haven't helped us in regards to this but that said, Travers was only an injury away from us finding ourselves in exactly the same position as we're currently in. Bonham for me is an OK bit part keeper at this level but certainly doesn't warrant the No.1 Jersey. Frank Fielding, I absolutely don't know what he could offer on the pitch as we've never seen him. Not even playing reserve or U.21 footy so to say he'd be somewhat very rusty is most likely to be an accurate description of what he could offer us. Then there's Blonde who seems OK, but Championship level? 🤔 & Simkin who has shown lots of potential but at the younger age categories & at a lot lower level than the Champo. Would he be thrown in at the deep and be another Bursik? They always says teams should build solid from the back, sadly as this is an area we clearly haven't got right, & criminally neglected, the rest as they say speaks for it self! TP always made sure we had adequate keeper cover and at a good standard aswell, even when we were a Championship club. A quality keeper increases the defences confidence and this then flows through the team. A very important area of the squad we have let pass us by sadly.

Out. I just can't anymore. There is dross and then there is how in the hell have we not progressed? His lack of defensive stability and horrendous in game management is inexcusable.

Out
Sorry but we are not coming back from this with him in charge. It hasn’t worked. I so wanted it to, the new players looked decent. I still think many of them are, but he doesn’t know how to get the best from the players HE bought.

Roughly only 1 in 4 voters want him to stay. Not looking good for AN thus far. And the oatcake I'd say is fair representation 🤔 maybe.....

The burning question is...how has Vidigal managed to vote 55 times? 59 times now, good luck to any manager that sees stoke as a good option with a poisonous fan base that the players are terrified of playing for. League 1 here we come.

The only way he can convince any support that he actually has a plan is to win a ridiculous amount of games in a row playing a settled team that actually looks like they are playing to a plan and some tactics. Not something that we have seen so far from him though.
