Brand has already disclosed that they are after him. Surprise, Surprise...trying to kill off someone who challenges MSM and the establishment. Sounds like they are sending out a warning....challenge us and we will take you down. We live in a very sick society. Awe, c'mon man. Channel 4 is not Establishment and Brand is no more closer to the truth than any of us. He's a rose water believer. (or those heavy rumours are true). I don't think it's about whether I or you believe him, don't believe him, follow him or unfollow him, that's irrelevant.

They did it with Tommy Robinson they're doing it with Andrew Tate they'll do it with Russel Brand. Weather you agree with them or not it's concerning how much power the media and 'they' have to cancel people and shut them down in what is meant to be a free speech democracy. The convicted fraudster racist, the misogynist and the womaniser. 'Weather' ⛈️ The undefined 'they' The cancelled/shut down individual with a platform following of 11.1m followers and a 3 minute video clip of 10.5m views in under 12 hours. And people wonder why we're in the state we're in. 🙄

Weather you agree with them or not it's concerning how much power the media and 'they' have to cancel people and shut them down in what is meant to be a free speech democracy. Robinson and Tate are criminals though. Why shouldn’t people be able to criticise them? If you are for free speech, why are you trying to cancel those who criticise a person charged with rape and people trafficking? If found guilty, Tate is the type of person running the small boats across the channel. I don’t know what Brand has done so cannot comment. Free speech works both ways. It means people can critique others, but defamation and libel laws exist to protect against lies (although they are not strong enough because they allow rags such as the Daily Mail and Daily Express to print lies on a daily basis). Neither are criminals mate. Tommy (real name Steven Laxley Lennon - Just thought I'd get that in there incase you didn't know 😂) was charged with mortgage fraud based on his cousin declaring that he was on a better salary than he was and due to Tommy borrowing him the deposit they came after Tommy. Same with Tate, he's not been convicted of anything but that won't stop them trying. The reason for the 'investigations' and charges are nothing more than an attempt to shut them down, cripple them financially , slander their name and stop them having a voice because they know their voice resonates with millions of young men all over the world. I'd bet my house on it that Tommy and Tate are the complete opposite to what you believe in but that shouldn't mean they shouldn’t have a voice. Certain Muslim 'hate' preachers are also banned and cancelled, they are the opposite to what I believe in but I think they should have a right to speak. You are either pro free speech or you aren't it's really that simple. I'd draw the line on 2 instances, anyone that tells others to commit violence and anyone of a pedos mind set for obvious reasons. Anything else is fair game weather I agree with them or not. I aren't scared or intimidated by opposing views because I'm more than confident in my own.

I dislike these things to be honest.
If the story was real, give it to the police. IF he is convicted in a criminal (or at least a civil) court, then release the story.
I very much doubt he’s being targeted because of his views given that many of the views that he shares are actively pushed by Murdoch (the embodiment of MSM and one of the suggested accusers).

He was given a 9 month prison sentence. You are obviously party to some evidence proving that Tate is innocent of what he has been charged of for you to be so certain that he has done nothing wrong. I suggest you hand it in to the authorities. It is extraordinary that you know it is all slanderous lies about him even though prosecutors think they have enough evidence to convict him. And even more amazing that he himself doesn’t have this crucial evidence you have. How do you know that the women accusing him of rape are lying? There are charges against him in Romania and 4 more women in the UK have made accusations. Tate’s defence is that the women do not exist and aren’t real by the sounds of it!? Which is extraordinary. I admit he is not a convicted criminal like Robinson, but there are charges against him of incredibly nasty crimes and the prosecution thinks it has enough to convict. Yet you are somehow adamant he is innocent!?

All that been said, regardless of whether someone has a conviction or not shouldn't mean they lose their freedom of speech.

Its up to the individual to use their own reasoning to decide what's true and what isn't but it certainly isn't anyone else's job or role to dictate what others believe. It is a fact whether you like it or not. Anyone accused of the awful crimes Tate has been accused of should have their life looked into. He is accused of human trafficking. Do you understand what that means? You complain about the small boats on other threads and illegal migrants but seem to defend the people charged of the crime of arranging it. Most rapes are between married couples or people in a relationship. The fact they have willingly walked in and out of their home or their partner’s home is not the equivalent to consenting to sex. You are dangerous to society if you think otherwise. Nobody has lost their freedom of speech, but remember, freedom of speech doesn’t exist because there are laws that say you cannot just say/print anything: libel, slander and incitement crimes for example. People are free to say it but will be punished if they do it to incite violence - like Robinson, and potentially Trump.

For me I try and look at the bigger picture , who funds them, do they have an agenda . The BBC, Guardian etc have proven time and time again what their ideology is so why would I believe anything they say. Someone like Joe Rogan for example who is a multi millionaire so doesn't need any 'bribe money' and comes from humble beginnings and speaks with people from the left AND from the right. Admits he doesn't have all the answers, questions his guests, plays devil's advocate with his guests, asks his guests to back up their claims with facts and evidence and isn't extreme one way or the other is more likely to connect with ordinary people these days than a BBC presenter is who is happy to work for an organisation that has being proven to be biased and agenda driven. When alls been said and done , I don't know , you don't know and neither does anyone else ,not for a 100% fact .

Fortunately, we have progressed far enough (mainly in the west) to put in motion consequences when free speech crosses to hate speech, and a free press (including those you disagree with) can report on behaviour that the majority deem to be unacceptable. Therefore, islamaphobia, misogyny and disinformation is all subject to consequences. There is also no shame in changing your mind, especially when trying to defend the indefensible.

There is no such thing as islamophobia mate, any idea should be able to be challenged and that includes religious ideas and I say that as someone that doesn't agree with Tommy Robinson on Islam. If you can find anything where TR has committed hate speech I'll transfer a grand into your account within the hour. TR would get arrested for breathing the wrong way yet he's never been arrested for racism or hate speech and the reason for that is because he isn't racist and doesn't speak hatred. The point I was trying to make though is that it doesn't matter. I don't care if you like TR or if you hate him, I don't care if you believe MSM headlines or if you don't, I genuinely don't care , i only care about things that I can control. The issue should be that no one gets cancelled for anything that they say or believe in a so called democratic free society unless they call for violence or child abuse . If you KNOW you are right then challenge them, expose them, prove them wrong . I don't want anyone cancelled because I'm confident that I'm right and if I wasn't 100% sure then i wouldn't argue the case.

I hope you enjoy howling at the moon. I couldn't get past paragraph one.

I’m reading that some rumours I have long heard about one of our most beloved stars are finally going to be aired! Could be rubbish but you never know Lovely Jubbly.

Dunno if it is Brand, but he’s clearly got something coming his way based on his rant. If it is, I get the feeling he might have used his “anti-elite” schtick to get people on board purely because he knew this was always likely in the pipeline.
Start blaming the elite and saying they are after you because you’ve said X, Y and Z and you’ll get plenty of loons on board (including Musk, it seems). Now this has come out it looks like he’s been “targeted”. He’s kept himself relevant with his conspiracies, as his career has come to an alarming halt, but he’s hardly a big enough star for someone to want him to take a fall for something.
We’ll see, I suppose.

I don’t know mate, regarding your first point, Saville was protected by various parts of media for years, they knew all about his activities and turned a blind eye and were rightly hammered for it. He was also reported to the police on multiple occasions and nothing doing. Now they have some dirt on somebody and are exposing it, they’re being hammered for it. Like most arguments, the protagonists can’t win either way.
