Not a fan of AN, but I can't really judge the job he is doing until next season ( seems to be doing OK at the moment) I did say 4 months ago wilder is a dinosaur and I am still saying it now. Wilder.. No thanks. Prefer to have someone I don't perticuly like AN. What is it that you've got against AN, out of interest? I did hope nobody ever asked that, it's rather riduculous. No pericular reason, I just don't like him, he comes across as annoying on his interviews. There are very few people in life that annoy me, but he is one. Still it can be overlooked if he does a fine job, I don't expect he would be upset that some southerner finds him annoying.

The home performances have been so poor under Neil, I think the board do need to have a think about things now, before the season ends.
I'm not sure this is the right manager to take us forward.
It's pretty poor, to go from the performances at Sunderland and Coventry to what we've seen the last few weeks

The last 3 home games have been shambolic.. Neil is seriously losing the faith that was building.

Nowt like a couple of good results to mask another unfathomably wank season.

He's absolutely getting the summer, all the rhetoric about next season from him and the board has got to pay off to not seem like the entire appointment was a failure. We've spunked so much money up the wall, sacking managers and paying off compo that Neil has to work out for the clubs sake.

The last 3 home games have been shambolic.. Neil is seriously losing the faith that was building. Have they fuck. Tonight yes, with a load of changes I wouldn't even have anywhere near the squad including Powell. The other games, as with some others at home before where the performance has been better than the result. The recent ones being good first half, not so good. A large section of this squad I hope we never see again. We and AN can not rely on them to perform on a regular basis

Makes it all the more odd then that he failed miserably at Boro, and even at Sheff Utd whatever he started out doing right went, well, wrong.. He had cup success at Boro but yes you have to say he failed there Failing in the Premier League happens to all managers eventually Didn’t for Pulis

Pulis pretty much always achieved the objectives set out by his numerous premier league employers of survival. He’s a survival specialist and never failed at that.

Nathan Jones has never been relegated either. That’s the bottom line. He hasn’t managed about 8 years in the premier league though. Doesn’t matter. He was brought in to save them from relegation. He wasn’t relegated, just like Pulis when WBA sacked him after winning only 4 games from 22. Both successful.

The main positive about keeping Neil is we will probably sign Pearson. I can't think of much else.
How many home games has he won, about 3?

He wasn’t relegated, just like Pulis when WBA sacked him after winning only 4 games from 22. Both successful. Pulis has a far greater premier league record than Nathan Jones. When stats are referred to there is always a minimum requirement for such things as appearances/ games etc otherwise stupid comparisons like that can be drawn. Sam Allardyce has a 100 % win record for England did you know?

You said Pulis had never failed in the Premier League. I believe at WBA he did. Anyway, back to topic…
