I can't think of one player that I would be upset to see the back of out of this bunch of surrender monkey's.

Didn't Mick Mills put the whole squad on the transfer list after 1 particular game in the 80's.

All the loans Baker, Laurent, Brown, Wilmot Wilmot is absolutely horrendous, a liability week in week out. Brown couldn't hit a barn door with a bazooka!

There will be quite a few exits when this season is done, some may be released even before that. I can honestly see some of the loan players going back if we are allowed to send them, Sterling, Fosu, Kilkenny the main ones, I can also see us allowing the likes of Powell (who I know hasn't be offered a new deal yet) being sold cheaply or even given free transfers in the January window. Everyone seems to be pinning their hopes on Souttar being sold and AN given the money to spend on new additions but personally I can't see it happening. It looks like Clucas has played his last game for us but to answer the OP if it were me in charge - I'd get rid of Delap (both father and son). We put all our eggs in the one basket to get him here and he's been a huge flop. Gouranga.

It’s easier to think who I’d keep.
Bonham (cheap second choice). Clarke Tymon Wilmot + Jagielka (I’d sell Souttar to raise funds) Taylor Baker (I’d bring in a better partner for him) Brown
That group can go through good/bad form, but they have all shown to be good enough.
I’d then start looking for players that actually complimented them:
first choice goalkeeper, left footed central defender. Defensive midfielder. Target man and a no 10 that can read the game and pass forwards.

I expect Powell and Bursik to leave this month.

I have at times adored watching Powell play for us his quality stands out a mile. But as has been discussed so many times on here,he misses so much action through injury and I honestly believe its time he moved on. Baker needs to take the number 10 shirt and a holding midfielder has become a necessity.

I would widen the door so they could all leave at the same time.

I would push them all out of the January transfer window, head first
Always used to defend Brown as he tried, but today showed how bang average he is (thats being generous because he runs a lot) Conversely Baker has gone from talent to council house dogshit
Best player sitting on the bench -whether he's off next week is irrelevant, he should have started all through December Its like the good ones have gone toss, and the bad ones have lost interest
AN is being paid big money to sit in the high chair and sort this lot out, apart from Fox, he's coached them all shitter, so Id fuck the manager off as well.

What when you'd got a 3 year contract? It was tongue in cheek , obviously he won’t but he’s sure pissing me off at the moment, though if he did I wouldn’t trust JC to get the next one right 🤦♂️

What when you'd got a 3 year contract? If he’d got any sense he’d have stayed at Blunderland in the first place.

I would miss very few of the players if we sold any of them. But the more fundamental issue is that I would not trust the club to replace them. We have made huge, huge mistakes in the transfer window every single season since January 2016. Under several different managers, under several different technical directors.
The board have no plan other than to throw money at it and hope that eventually it will work out. Give the manager total autonomy over transfers and then when it doesn't work out and we inevitably sack him, just expect the new man to come in to pick up the pieces and rebuild the squad in his image all over again.
No long-term strategy that cascades from the board downwards, blueprint for what type of club we want to be or what profile of player we want to sign. Just make it up as we go along every window, and hope that it eventually will eventually all come good by outspending our direct rivals.
But what do I know, eh? What is all the fuss even about?

would throw a dart and not care if it landed on Bursik, Baker, Smallbone, Laurent, Campbell, or Fox.

To try and raise some money and on performances Campbell,Baker and Tymon. All 3 of them have gone backwards and I’d give either Souttar the captaincy or bring in a leader in the transfer window to take the armband

He cold have benefited with a seasons loan in league 1 IMHO before stepping up to the Championship. Gouranga.

They'd all go for me, only player I'd keep is tymon as hes the type of fullback who id want playing for me, someone who's a threat and always looking forward, trying to influence the game. Everyone else would go, including souts. First would be wilmot, powell, clucas, clarke, campbell and bonham.
