It’s like a stuck record isn’t it? New manager…..pick up dregs of the previous…..given money to buy new players….no improvement……sacked……rinse & repeat. We need stability which Pulis and Hughes gave us but fans and club wanted more. Personally think it was a huge mistake sacking Pulis when we did not that he’d be any good now. I believe Neil will stay and given time even if we are relegated….we can’t keep going round and round with managerial changes. We moved Pulis on at precisely the right time. We should've done the same with Hughes and we might still be a Premier League club now. If we'd got rid when his malaise first became recognisable we could have attracted a really high profile head coach. We could have attracted one whether our blinkered owners would even have had them on their shortlist is another matter.

March them out door military style, when they have left the building, the only one remaining would be Soutar.

One of the keepers (if not both), Fox, Thompson, Clucas, Gayle.
Probably all the loanees
But tbh getting rid of Baker, Brown, Wilmot, Campbell, etc all we'd be doing is buying similar players and then start moaning about them. Almost as if there's something bigger than them which is the problem.

I doubt there will be a wholesale rid out until summer, if then. Who would replace them? We need to be realistic and write off this season avoiding relegation of course.

Didn't Mick Mills put the whole squad on the transfer list after 1 particular game in the 80's. It was Chris Kamara at the start of his triumphant tenure

If I was the manager then I'd go through the door first myself. And if I got another team to manage I wouldn't be wanting to bring any of the players with me...

Seriously, they could all go, except Soutarr and Powell for me.

I’d keep Bonham, Taylor, Fox, Wilmot, Jagielka, Laurent, Tymon, Baker, Fosu, Brown and Gayle.
Return/sell the rest and cash in on those with some value while we can.
Then look to sign GK, RB, LB, CB, CM, LM, RM, AM, ST
Won’t happen I know but that’s what I think we need.

Everyone seems to be pinning their hopes on Souttar being sold and AN given the money to spend on new additions but personally I can't see it happening. It looks like Clucas has played his last game for us but to answer the OP if it were me in charge - I'd get rid of Delap (both father and son). We put all our eggs in the one basket to get him here and he's been a huge flop.
Gouranga. Seems like AN listened to me Gouranga.

Lets face facts, Campbell, Powell, Gayle, Clucas and Flint are probably on a fair wedge and showing little in return.
We need to be ruthless and clear out the decks.

Get rid of Campbell, Powell and Gayle and we'd reduce our miserly goal threat still further. Sounds like a request for relegation. Clucas is injured so won't be going anywhere. Flint I'll give you, it's hardly a clear out.

If I see them three lining up in Stoke colours next season we possibly could get relegated, none look remotely bothered or interested.

Bursik, then Clucas, then Gayle. Then wouldn't be surprised if Flint, Powell or Souttar were taken off us for money. Need a top GK then Midfielder from the outs to atleast start turning this mess around.

On paper the squad looks really strong, granted a couple of weak areas but for whatever reason we've continually underperformed. When there's no passion for the shirt or any backbone in the team.....scrap the lot of em for me and start again.
Bloody frustrating 🤬
