I can’t say I’ve ate at the Brit for a while but is this the state of the food generally? 🤮

I can’t say I’ve ate at the Brit for a while but is the state of the food generally? 🤮 Satisfying and nourishing and the money you get back off a tenner is enough to go the cinema after the game.

The burgers and hot dogs from the van outside the satellite ticket office are nice. I get me and the lad a pie inside the ground and they are decent.
I wouldn't buy the chips, a burger or a hot dog in the ground though!!!!

Wright's pie the only sensible, though expensive, option. Why on earth bowls of lobby are not on sale throughout the winter is beyond me and of course oatcakes all season.

Looks like something I'd throw to the neighbours cat to stop it shitting in my garden, I certainly wouldn't feed it to my dog! Gouranga.

Off subject but I was stuck in a taxi last week and noted a massive stadium on the outskirts of Dublin, wondered if it was a football stadium or used for rugby or something along those lines??

I never bother much with catering at footie grounds but did once have a haggis, neeps and tatties pie outside of Celtic park. Was surprisingly excellent . Don't get the fuss re Wright's Pies. Meat and Potato is ok but can keep the rest.

I thought that but it didn’t have glass sides, noted another little ground I’d heard off before Home Farm FC

I can’t say I’ve ate at the Brit for a while but is this the state of the food generally? 🤮 Well you wouldn't have done, would you, it's been the Bet365 for quite some time now, which you would know if you attend home games

I mean it’s not Michelin star quality but it’s always been ok, aside from over priced. Maybe they give the away fans the ‘scrapings’.

We've long needed an upgrade of what we serve as food in the ground. I've always looked at different periods but never bought for myself.
I bought my lad some chips against Luton but two of the stalls didn't have any, and when I found one that did sell them they were lukewarm at best and I couldn't find any salt in the dispensers. It was pretty early so it was obvious they weren't filled up at all.
Price wise you are always going to get ripped off as it is what it is. You either pay it or you don't.
As for the food in that pic, it's nothing short of disgraceful. I hope the person took it back.

Looks like it built next to housing estates 👍 Croke Park is out Drumcondra Way. Used for GAA etc ..Football as in our football was played their for a while, Stephen Ireland scored the first ever goal at the Croker. Aviva has a small stand one side due to housing etc behind it. More centrally located.
