I was thinking about this. With the performances and results at home being as dire as they are, will we see a significant reduction in early bird season tickets?
This fact that this bad run has continued into the period in which they are on sale must surely concern the Club.
If we carry on like this, you would have to say MON can't continue to be in charge next season.

we have 4 season tickets and havent been since the boro game, ive been going since 1973 and my old fella since 1947, i have zero motivation to renew, we just dont seem to be making any progress, the football on offer is just as bad as Rowett ball and jones's brand of bonkers but at least then we had a mad chimp hoping about on the touch line to keep us warm, there is no passion or effort and no energy about this team, they dont leaving me with the feeling that they lose a wink of sleep not winning games of football, but having said all that ill probably renew them all next week, such is the addiction

I will always go but many are more sensible.
At such a vital time for renewing, a bumper crowd, that was desperate to watch.
Even after the horrors of Kofi Nyamah trying to defend, Chris Greenacre trying to beat a man, Greg Strong trying to control a ball, Dickinson trying to pick a pass etc have always gone back in hope.

Me and my Old Man will renew again (as always).
However, it's more out of blind loyalty and love for the club than logic, hope or optimism!

It’s easy to say not renewing after a defeat like this and as I sat in traffic this evening I wasn’t but I know come the deadline I will be online buying one.
But it must improve or certainly many will walk away given the current increases in day to day living costs and having to prioritise what they spend money on

After that i can see many saying shove it. Even im on the fence. Same here mate…I’ve had a ST for 30 plus years…but each season I seem to have less and less interest in the Club. I’ve not been to a match since the middle of January after a big knee operation and to be honest I ain’t missed it at all…in fact I have even forgotten we were playing for some night games. Will I renew ? More than likely but it sure gets harder.

Not enjoying it at the moment, but I have an addiction to pain, so I'll be getting my season ticket this week.

Can only reiterate the comments above, my lad turned to me at the end of the game and said "What a waste of a Saturday afternoon"

I personally know a group of 6 who go and they are not renewing next season. I'm sure there will be plenty doing the same. 12k gates here we come.

I'll have one one out of habit but I'll be totally straight. I'm bored absolutely shitless and have been since relegation spanning three managers.
All I ask is a manager sends a team out on the pitch that is super fit, is aggressive, plays to a sensible plan and leaves nothing on the pitch.
I've yet to see it for a long, long time.

I'm 50/50 at the moment. I'll say this though, if match days just involved the game itself and no pubs, I'd have stopped going years ago

Everyone round me seemed confident they'd be renewing (including me). I just knoe if I don't renew we'll get promoted and go to Wembley so I daren't take the risk.

I personally don’t care if we win lose or draw as long as they look arsed and fight for the cause! There’s too many high 5’s too opposition players and refs at the final whistle for me.. but that’s modern football! The whole match day experience at the Bet365 is shite, from the constant adverts on the tannoy to the bullshit getting off the car parks after! It’s dross from start to finish. Soo many bums on seats today and still no atmosphere? It needs to change quickly cos the freebie’s that came today won’t want to pay £25+ a game for that

Renewing a season ticket is like signing up for a year of dentistry. More than likely to be painful and rather costly!

Renewing a season ticket is like signing up for a year of dentistry. More than likely to be painful and rather costly! Or a trip to the vets. Swear they start charging you as soon as your hand starts turning the door handle to go in! Most of the time you don't even know what they're charging you for, you just pay it and believe in what they're telling you!

Soo many bums on seats today and still no atmosphere? It needs to change quickly cos the freebie’s that came today won’t want to pay £25+ a game for that That's so true.. we lost at Bournemouth last week but I didn't feel half as annoyed as I did after the Luton & Blackpool results. & the main reason for this was purely down to effort. At Bournemouth we deservedly took the lead and were looking genuinely good to get a second prior to the sending off. But even them the team battled to the end and were unfortunate not keep the 3pts nevermind 1 pt with the effort showed. The players took a well deserved round of applause from the fans at the end of the game and despite a 4hr coach journey back to Stoke and naturally disappointed not be taking the 3pts back with us, I certainly wasn't angry or annoyed as to me the ref changed the game and it was purely one of them! The Luton & Blackpool defeats I'm mentioning as were the most recent were lacklustre & disappointing home performances where we just look flat, devoid of ideas and quite frankly just not bothered. & naturally fans are leaving the ground feeling totally pissed off and dejected with things at Stoke. Coventry away aside, there does definitely appear to be a more fired up, we're here to a result attitude to the side when they take to the pitch for away matches, something the regular away followers will testify to. But the regular followers will continue to go come away what may, this will never be an issue. But the capturing and retaining the home supporters which is possibly more key & important right now, isn't going to happen & is failing badly. Especially as others have said with todays ticket promotion and entering the early bird season ticket window, alot of people who were considering either coming back or for the first time will have certainly been disueded by what was on offer today! Can only imagine what it was like for hard core Stoke fans bringing friends or family along today to entice them into the match day atmosphere and product on show to sign up to get a season ticket. Total PR disaster for the club today was, but knowing ot certainly wasn't a one off won't escape people either! Today was one of many sadly and I keep thinking back to the 3-0 up v Cardiff and ending up 3-3. Think this is the day realistically I knew we weren't good enough to go up, teams that are just about to get promoted to the Premier League don't throw away 3-0 home leads! Tough times ahead me thinks. & from past experience not having much faith in the ownerships decision making doesn't fill me with confidence either!
