Sima for Brown. Surridge for Fletcher. Sawyers for Clucas. If fit Powell for Vranjic. Vs Huddersfield. I’d be amazed if he dropped brown for sima beige the latter has kicked a ball in the championship He'll not drop Brown for him full stop, the only time Brown will get dropped is when Campbell is fully fit .

Which is pretty ridiculous as Brown will never score the goals to get us top 6. He squad end of. Improvement yes but guaranteed starter would condemn us some what.

Not sure about that. He's done it before. I doubt very much he'll replace Brown for say Huddersfield of course or in the very immediate future

Is Sima likely to come on vs Hudds tomorrow?
When is Campbell available?

Is Sima likely to come on vs Hudds tomorrow? When is Campbell available? I would put Sima in the squad but it remains to be seen what shape he's come back in I guess. Would be nice to unveil him as a sub when 4-0 up with 20 to play! Campbell is back training but will be a while. My guess is he'll make the bench for Preston A on 28 September if we are lucky. Otherwise it probably makes sense to wait till after the next international break in October.

Campbell - got to be looking at some time in October barring any set backs

I'm convinced people don't watch the games (or at least not sober) some of the descriptions of players have no connection with anything resembling reality I like Brown. He gives his all. He's a Duracell bunny. He must be a nightmare for defenders, never gives them a second. He's crucial when we play a high press because basically he's it. He is much improved this season and will chip in with a few goals. But His touch is still abysmal. Unfortunately.

Life is never straightforward for immigrants. Strange that nobody at Stoke City felt they should mention it to supporters and have us speculating about a debut tommorrow. Poor communication!

Life is never straightforward for immigrants. Strange that nobody at Stoke City felt they should mention it to supporters and have us speculating about a debut tommorrow. Poor communication! Bit harsh? MoN press conference gave details on Sima and Powell as well as Tye and TOB. It's not the clubs role to comment on every bit of speculation regrading players availability, signing targets or the price of ale at the White Star is it? Fans speculate, it's part of the fun Anyhow, why the f**k haven't they told us of Harry Souttar is fit to play!?

When we win he can do no wrong ( like most) but he’s no striker, has no instinct near the goal and for me not even a striker. Strikers need to score and be a threat and he is not. Yes improvement and hard work but no quality or goals in him.

Do I think we’d have had the same start to the season (or better) without his pressing up top? Absolutely not. He’s crucial to us right now.

Am exited about Sima - that is IF we "gen" him into the team correctly. He probably wants to find somewhere other than the stadium to sleep/live. It's a brand new country to him. (Sounds exiting to me) He needs to work with the coaching staff at least once. Get kitted out, a parking spot assigned, probably have his employee badge made. Someone has to find out what the gentlemen likes to eat/drink and get all that loaded into his "speed dial." Get him introduced to our guys, bond him into the team.
I optimistically say that the club's focus is likely on settling him in appropriately before throwing him at the main battlements before he's over his jet-lag. If it was me I'd say ... Derby too. (But I've proven to know nothing BEFORE on here!)
He has to try to digest a loaded Oatcake so he can answer THAT question in the press conference. (I'm sure you guys can come up with a ton of other stuff as well) Oh...they also have to introduce him to Pottermus because in most places, a hippo running at you is NOT A GOOD THING. No need to cause a coronary at the 1st game.

I think there has been a real ottness with Browns performances overall. He doesn’t look any closer to being a footballer yet.
