So bad that the opposition commentators have singled him out for being fucking wank.
I back this manager but there's no excuse for him playing some of so called footballers we see each week.
Tymon has always been a million miles away from the level we need. What a waste, playing him every week, surely an academy player couldn't have done any worse?

In Tymon, Brown and Thompson, you’ve got three players who wouldn’t get in a lot of sides in league one.

Looked like there was a chance he could make it, then he reverted to his previous self and showed just how fragile he is. He's certainly one of the worst left wingers I've seen, and if he's playing wing back what does he offer? (And why are we playing 5 at the back anyway??)

I can’t imagine him playing well in the non league. Right up there with Brek Shea in the wrong career stakes.

Sadly, can't see what would be gained by giving him a new deal.
Hard to see him as part of any solution in any position

If Tymon are Thompson are even in the squad next season then we are probably looking at a bottom half finish.
They are that poor.
Not the only ones either. Several others.
Is there a Conference club who would take Tymon on loan?

Thompson is a bigger worry, simply because MON brought him in. Thompson would be ok for Brechin and possibly Shamrock though.

I thought he was better than Norrington Davies on that side today. I've been so disappointed with how he's regressed with us. He's poor defensively and seems to have lost that attacking threat, apart from his speed I fail to see what he offers that Tymon doesn't and Tymon is quite quick as well.

That's not a perfectly good explanation The fact is we don't have another option on the left. McClean is booted and who else is our option there?

If we ever are going to challenge teams for the promotion places we can't have players like Tymon, Brown and Thompson in our first 11. If we have there won't be enough quality to get promotion. They are hard workers, but not good enough to be regular starters. They could be stop gaps for a short period, but only one at the time!
......................Davies...................... New right back...collins..Souttar.......Fox........ .......................Mikel....................... ...............Allen...........Powell.............. Campbell............New striker........Dougthy....
Subs; Bursik, Coates, Edwards, Jones, Batth, Forrester, Thompson, Etebo or New midfielder, New winger, Fletcher, Norton, Brown.
Offload: Wimmer, Bauer, Badou, Woods, Gregory, Sørensen, Gunn, Chester, Smith, RND, Clucas, Ince, McClean, Vokes.

Tymon, Norrington-Davies, Vokes & Thompson are currently EPL league 1 standard.
Fox, Brown (at the moment), Fletcher, Mikel, Batth & Montondo are no more than squad players
Hopeful that both Clucas and Allen are back to providing the quality they have
Chesters will be important for the development of Souttar and Collins
Campbell won’t be firing on all cylinders until mid/late September. Hopefully returns to his best
Doughty is an unknown quantity at the moment
IMHO. The above gives some indication to the level of shit the club is currently in.

Only good enough to come off the bench for 15 in a drawn out game. Pace to burn, shame the same can’t be said about talent. He controls a ball well, but despite being so fast, he doesn’t beat his man if he’s starting.

Both are disappointing in my opinion! RND seemed the right deal before his sending off, but after that he has really showed how limited he is. I can certainly understand why Sheffield United loaned him to Luton. As a matter of fact Luton have done better since his departure and we worse since his arrival!

RND certainly hasn’t been as solid as Fox in my opinion. Fox has a better cross from deep and isn’t a liability at the back when played on the left side of a four.

Weak in the air, not comfortable on the ball and slow as well. Not reading the game too badly, but that's not enough with his other weaknesses as I see it. Really hope to see Collins and Souttar in central defence next season, but I fear that Collins or souttar or even both can be priced away to the PL.

I think he’s the 3rd best centre back we have at the club, unfortunately. It is useful to have someone with a lot of experience in the squad, to help Souttar and Collins develop. Those two have to be the first choice partnership next year though, if they are both still here!

He’s had enough chances now, and despite a little flicker of promise here and there he simply isn’t good enough.
His delivery from wide areas is worse than McLean, which is damning criticism.
