A miracle is massively over estimating what he did, he took a poorly managed midtable/upper half (maybe) squad and eventually got them playing after he tried his negative dross we've seen this season, he then chose to abandon all that was good about it and now here we are, he did well but lets not pretend it was something it wasn't. It changed after the Campbell injury, it wasn't the players that stoped it though, he completely changed the approach to games almost over night and didn't even given them a chance to see if they could do it without him. He saw enough of how this team is without campbell last season!!! Hence the negative approach So you abandon everything good without giving it a chance because of one player, we may not have been as good, which would be understandable, but how would we know, that doesn't mean you immediately switch to the most nagative football you could think of, its poor management and a massive red flag.

He's very much still there but he gets out voted 2 to 1 now in most big decisions! There's four men on the board, so I don't know how you work that out... Well you tell me you seem to know everything? Maybe 3 vote and one doesn't? You like me are from the outside looking in know about as much as one another, you live down the road from me I think but I do Know members of the Coates family, my late mum knocked around with them in Goldenhill and my uncle brought a house off Peter back in the day but like I say Peter is very much a back seat driver these days!

i don't know enough about him (yet). I will dig around. last time this came around, there was myself and one other on this board begging for Christophe Galtier. Well he's top of the french league now with Lille, ahead of PSG and Marseille. (and he wouldn't touch us with a shitty stick now either) He won a shedload at Porto and is available. He’s got pedigree for sure.

Why would they actually have many formal Board Menting in the conventional sense let alone the requirement for formal votes hence the Jones story by a board member about “he was discussed standing around the kitchen , to be fair would father , son and son In law need a formal vote , unless their was more challenge and independence round the table formal voting seems unlikely to be the key even then falling back on formal votes like falsified back on contracts is often the beginning of the end for constructive relationships

O’Neill has to go for me. I’ve never been so bored & uninspired.....we have no identity & appear to have no idea where we’re heading....
Get a new man in now, give him a few weeks to assess current squad (probably only need a few minutes) & get ready for pre season

I do feel as if he has slightly lost his mojo. Post game yesterday was the ramblings of a desperate man, I have almost his honesty, to say it as we see it..We need to see some sparks in these last few games, otherwise it's going to be a very long summer.

Monk an Beattie would sort us out.. only going too be a matter of time for Mon it's alleged Monk somehow gains financially from all the signings he makes. It's why clubs always bin him off after unusually short periods.

We have to go foreign and get away from these coaches who only know a Graham Taylor way of playing. O’Neill out.

Despite the merits and pro's and cons, he isn't going anywhere unless he leaves of his own free will, which he won't. End of..

Your stupid if you think the Coates won’t sack him for the shite job he’s doing , they might be patient now but once fans are back and he gets the abuse Rowett did he will be gone
