6 from me bought on Vokes and he never touched the ball, changes were strange and seemed to make us worse. Got to go out Sal can't hang around waiting Gouranga.

Out thought and out foxed by Gary Rowett.
The sub at half time won them the game and our manager as ever didn’t react.

7. Nothing to suggest we shouldn't have won this. The players want their arses kicking.

Every time you get just a little hope We're tired, the squad feels thinner every week with only a v few exceptions but we should never be handing 3 points to Millwall, just not ever. Today says we're simply not hard enough: 14 shots to their 10 sounds good if scattergun but 11 fouls to their 16 tells the story. Tone knew, you must be able to steamroller teams at this level and I'm not convinced Mick knows that lesson. Other than that it could have been an ok day at the office if we'd held on but never anything better tbh. 5 from me (Damn you Tatlock, if only I'd written a shorter essay....)

First half - 8.
Second half - 2.
You can’t legislate for a mistake like Batth’s but once again he’s let a very winnable game just meander and it’s cost us three points.
His subs were too late (as usual) and when they did come they had absolutely zero impact on the game.

I agree with Bayern, they completely bossed the second half, created nothing to be fair and then Baath shows what we all know, he has a big mistake in him and game over..

7. Nothing to suggest we shouldn't have won this. The players want their arses kicking. Not creating a single chance in the second half is plenty to suggest we shouldn’t have won the game.

You'd hope he instructed his players when making a structural change with a substitution. Clearly he didn't, apart from telling Powell to move forward. The rest of the team was confused and the substitution indirectly cost of us the match. 3.

How many times do our second half performances fall off a cliff because he doesn’t react to the opposition’s changes?

First half 7 Second half 2
We gifted rowett 3 points. And the subs defied logic. Why use vokes when we could use norton Why use matondo when we could use the magic sponge bucket.
Fuming after that second half performance.

6 from me bought on Vokes and he never touched the ball, I think that should be a 10. Sending Sam on with five minutes to go and you tell him, for God's sake don't touch the ball...

I liked that he brought on Vokes to show us he’s still totally ineffective even after all the other ineffective appearances he’s made,
I also like to see us passing it around the back when we are losing and needing to get back into the game,
So for that, it’s a 4.

4 - we seem to be a team devoid of ideas when a team sits back, we’re one paced, pedestrian and predicable in our play. O’Neil rarely makes a game changing tactical change and as others have said reacts to late to tactical changes by the opposition. We just seem to drift though matches much of the time, hoping for something to work rather than addressing the problem and that’s down to the manager. He’s reactive rather that being proactive in his tactics.
