How many times do our second half performances fall off a cliff because he doesn’t react to the opposition’s changes? A lot.

1st. half 7. 2nd.half 0. What managed in his right mind, brings on one of the worst strikers in our history when you are losing?

How many times do our second half performances fall off a cliff because he doesn’t react to the opposition’s changes? It's almost like he has no tactical awareness. Subs are almost always too late and ineffective. 4 from me

5 from me. There must be a reason, but for the life of me I can't work out why MON keeps using Vokes. The players let him down. They were like rabbits in headlights second half. Without Campbell, only Powell makes us tick up front, and he had one of those games where he was badly off form.

Wrong tactics (wing-backs) and yet another game where we look lost in the opposition's half.
I don't think he's got enough quality in his coaching team. A good number two could make a real difference.

Some of his decisions are simply mystifying. And what's particularly depressing is he doesn't seem to be learning. There's always excuses but they don't hide the fact that we are not progressing. It's like a bad dream where some unseeable source of friction prevents you from making forward progress. The constant use of the Wardrobe is the most galling. And his refusal to play Norton comes in a close second. He has a number of players from the U-23 side that he ought to be blooding. He seems to think that having one or two sit on the bench is somehow a useful exercise. (Oh for the Waddington days when Tony Allen started to become a regular at age 16.) He seems bent on dissipating the huge amount of capital he built up the second half of last season. It's just mystifying. If he continues on his present track at the beginning of next season the pressure is going to build for him to be gone in pretty short order.
