Been sacked as pompey boss, only one win in seven I know another manager with stats as bad as that but most of the supporters think he’s great

Jacketts record is not as bad as MON 4 wins in 22. Just saying for the happy clappers.

Been sacked as pompey boss, only one win in seven I would fear for the future of any Manager with stats like that. I heard of one high profile manager this week whose running record is four wins in the last 22. What will history say of him!

It’s been on the cards for a while now Oh right. So why in your opinion is Portsmouth any different to Stoke city Are they a bigger and better club. It just seems we have to take 4 wins in 22 on the chin and get on with it

They’re one of the biggest clubs in that league and have a bigger budget than probably 90% of the division. We’re in the process of stabilising and hamstrung by FFP and injury problems. The expectations this season at least are different.

The 4th win was Blackburn and we scraped through that by the skin of our teeth in an Alamo type backs to the wall display (AT HOME). When was the last time we won convincingly

It just seems we have to take 4 wins in 22 on the chin and get on with it Because he’s taken 96 points in 67 games(1.43 points per game) in his time here and saved us from a certain relegation last season.Yes he’s overseeing a dreadful run at the minute but we need stability and for me he’s the man to continue to do that.Far too many on here want to dispose of a manager that’s got a massive job on his hands. As for Kenny Jackett he’s in a league lower and the expectation level there is massive and he’s failed to deliver in HIS 4 YEARS there(yes 4 YEARS) not 15 months

Be interesting to see who Pompey go for next. Big club that should really be in the Championship.
Are they still owned by that Disney dude?

Also how many times have we lost when expecting to win. A lot more

Pompey fans weren't happy with him last season, saying he was far too defensive to get a team promoted.
They're in a position now where they really should be challenging for the top 2 but are struggling to make the play-offs. don't think he can have too many complaints.

His team selections his set up his subs his transfers have all mainly been terrible. I take your point about stability but personally I was all for giving him till Xmas next season but the rubbish we are watching week in week out has turned me. I would like to ask how long do you give him and how many years do we waste waiting for him to come good. As you are a fan of mon I would like to know how many seasons we have to go through this in your book

Agree re Campbell and we do need 2 better midfielders but also a striker. Don’t get me wrong as a bloke I like him and want him to succeed I just can’t see it. Maybe I’m too impatient also but if we were playing well I’d probably be able to see the light. Although yesterday was just bad mistakes didn’t think we did too bad for a change.
