Spoken like someone who has perhaps been on the wrong side of the law maybe? If not then just a very weird over reactive post with ridiculous comments. Very bizarre to make a joke out of a crime that kills nearly 2 people per day and injured 10 more. Saying that I notice you sign every post off with an emoji and a meaningless word. I doubt you would make such ridiculous jibes if one of your family was killed by a drunk driver. Are you sure driving without due care and attention kills 2 and injures 10 a day......cus I'm positive it doesn't. I’m talking drink driving. Allegedly his speech was slurred and he smelled of intoxicants according to a witness. And to look at that driving I’d suggest highly likely DD

Grealish has talent, but he's undoubtedly a bad apple. And unfortunately for him, the current England manager comes from a generation that saw England crashing out of tournament finals not because of a lack of talent, but because of spoiled petulant brats needlessly getting themselves sent off, i.e. Rooney and Beckham. The Beckham incident against Argentina in particular would have left a lasting impression on Southgate, as he was one of the losing players that day. So you might not agree with his reasoning, but I'm convinced that's why he makes safe choices: like Mason Mount over Grealish. If you're a decent footballer, but also middle class, mild-mannered and studious, you probably fit the Southgate bill a lot more than a star player who's also a potential loose cannon: like Grealish. If Grealish can't wise up to that, and pretty damn sharpish, his England career is only going to end in tears. Not sure where the 'bad apple' allegation has come from, he has been made Villa captain and forced his way into the England set up. He may make wrong decisions in his private life but I don't think anyone can question him professionally.

Shock horror a 25 yr old with buckets full of money and not much to do gets in a bit of bother, fuck me lets slaughter the cunt and hound him about it for the rest of his life eh. Gouranga. Drink drivers should be automatically handed a five year sentence and their licence permanently revoked, regardless of who they are. Why is that relevant ?

He could have seriously injured someone or worse. It’s the second time he’s been done, first time was on the motorway when he was speeding and late for training, he nearly caused a pile up then. He needs to be given a hard time to hopefully stop him doing it a 3rd time and killing someone.

I don't particularly desire to stick the boot into Grealish too much, but when I referenced him being a bad apple earlier, it was because of an ongoing series of pictures of him smoking, getting s***-faced, taking drugs and now drink-driving.
I think Southgate wants model professionals to represent England, not people who live their lives on the front pages, don't listen, and can't be trusted.
I hope Grealish can be a success; he's certainly an enjoyably silky player.
But the risk is that if someone is brainless off the field, sooner or later he'll end up being brainless on it.
Particularly in the pressure stages of a major tournament, when coming into contact with top-class wind-up merchants, who know how to provoke a stupid reaction. I hope that's not how things play out! 🤞

Yes you’re absolutely right of course. He never actually hurt or maimed anyone. All he did was drive his range rover up and down a residential street, smelling of alcohol, wearing slippers and hitting other vehicles whilst at it. And in his second incident all the poor guy did was drive at 98mph, tailgate cars and force other drivers to pullover. He’s obviously the perfect role model and shouldn’t receive any criticism, little angel that he is. As for those knicker wetters who had their cars damaged and were mightily relieved that there kids were still in bed and not outside that day, should get a life. You think it’s ok to behave like this and good on you 👏👏

The standard of driving in that clip tells me all I need to know he was clearly unfit to drive because of something I'll hazard a guess he was under the influence of something or asleep I'll guess at the former. I'd love to know if he was breathalysed and or tested for drugs but we'll never know the truth.

Again suggesting an element of he knew he was in the wrong & had something to hide.

Yeah I've just watched it, what a complete cunt heh? He should be banned from driving forever, kicked out of football and made to do at least 10 years! I mean he smashed into a parked transit at such a speed it almost went into the house in front of it and could have killed the occupants not to mention that the van could have been full of little children or old people that could have suffered horrific injuries or even death, then to top all that he has the gall to return and side swipe another parked car - again not knowing if it was full of old people or children - cuntishness of the highest order! Then he's caught going fast on a motorway and tailgating another driver who was abiding by the law and travelling in the outside (overtaking) lane AT 69mph before overtaking, then as if that's not enough twattery he has to travel fast on an empty country lane which could have put any animals that were in the fields minding their own business and grazing away in possible danger. He should never be let to live this down, he should live the rest of his life guilt ridden and shamed for endangering so may people and animals. I'm so glad he doesn't play for Stoke! I'd much sooner have Josh Tymon or Jordan Cousins who would never flout the law so blatantly. Gouranga. Are you for real? If you cannot see any problem with what he did in that CCTV clip, then I genuinely worry. He should not have been within 10 miles of a vehicle in the state he was in, clearly!! No one was safe on that road and he clearly did not care or show any remorse, as evidenced by the second clip!!! Unbelievably stupid behaviour!

Urawanka. 😎 And so step forward the self righteous, those who have never travelled faster than 29mph in a 30 zone, steadfastly stick to the 70mph limit on the motorway only ever use the middle and 3rd lane should they need to overtake, would never think of stopping on a yellow line, never had a parking ticket and have a spotless clean driving license. Those whom are so self righteous they have a glow around them like a halo to let other infidels know how law abiding they are. I haven't condoned or condemned any behaviour just seen is at what it is which is a young bloke bumping a couple of parked vehicles in an pedestrian free street and travelling fast on a motorway causing a lane hogger to switch lanes. Now go and change your knickers they must be getting really wet by now. Gouranga.

Im not in the business of taking the opinion of someone who believes 31mph is as bad as doing 98mph, who thinks everything is completely black and white, but as long as the black isn’t too bad then there isn’t a case to answer, and who uses the term ‘knicker wetter’.

That's only coz be fled the scene & wasn't captured within a time period to enable him to be drink or drug tested so no-one will ever know what the outcome of them tests would have revealed although Im quite sure as others have said that from the manner of driving exhibited that one or both of drink or drugs would have been a causation of such reckless driving! Especially as the witness described him as being drunk and smelling of booze straight after the crash. The only time people flee crashes and leave their motors (esp £80k vehicles!) in a random street is if their drunk, drugged up, driving with no licence/insurance or theyre in a nicked motor. That rules out the latter two so its either one or both of the former! He got charged with leaving the scene of the collision and failing to report but they were dropped. Guessing the legal big wigs have got their heads together & compromised that he'd plead to the driving without due car matters and the other charges would be swerved. Grealishs best move on this particular occasion was to disappear and lie low else he'd be banned for a far longer period & his fragile reputation would have been even more tarnished.
