Cut from the same cloth both incapable of producing anything resembling attacking football. Both managers were probably happy to be playing against top top opposition. I dispare mate just goes to show how bad we were if this is an improvement.

It really does seem that every time we play a Pulis side the game is absolutely dire and this one no exception. I guess other teams near the top will struggle to beat a thuggish dreadful Sheff W. I feel for Wednesday fans but I guess Pulis will draw and sneak the odd win to keep them up.

Agreed. But o'Neil hardly comes out of this one looking great! Cut from the same cloth both incapable of producing anything resembling attacking football. 70 goals scored since he has been in charge suggests that isnt true.

Disappointing that we can't ever seem to rise about the opposition in a game against Pulis.
Even by the standards of our recent meetings with Pulis teams, that was eye-wateringly bad on every level

We won't reach the play offs. If we did somehow go up we'd do well to get past 20 points.

Mikel and maybe Bannon were the only thing on that pitch that resembled a footballer. Shocking. Surprised Bannon isn't playing somewhere better

Lack of creativity, lack of pace and no ideas of what to do to change a game. Not really sure how we approach the rest of the season with the personnel we have. Allen will be needed to add some vitality in the middle and it would be good to see Verlinden given opportunities off the bench to ring the changes. We’re restricted by FFP so unless we get rid of some of the unwanted, nothing new will be happening but I’d like to see us make use of the loan system at the very least with a couple of clever signings. Allen doesn't do anything for our creativity though so he won't make any difference to whats happening and thats if he comes back the same player. I still think it needs to be Clucas or Mikel alongside Cousins ane let them get forward with Cousins sitting deep as the cover, having them both sit is killing us creatively in games like this. I didn’t say Allen would make us more creative. He’d give us more energy and momentum though. Bringing in Cousins isn’t really a positive move either.

Vokes is dire, he had the best cross of the game just begging to be buried, in fact supposedly his bread and butter and no, can't get off the ground. Thought Collins did well, as in fact did Chester.. That’s what I thought. Those are the crosses that Crouch or Kenwynne would have hung in the air for and looped it back over the keepers head to the back post and in. I suppose it’s easier to hang in the air though if you don’t have a an extra stone of ballast on board. He is an appalling excuse for a footballer.

Ok it’s been crap but it’s a point away against a TP side Move on. Six points from the next two That would be nice. Would definitely put us in the play offs if we won next 2 👍

Dreadful dreadful game but I’ll take the point and move on.If we think today was up and under we’ve seen nothing yet judging by the way Wycombe have played at Derby today😮Apparently made our team under Pulis look small and weak🤣 Height needed on Wednesday in abundance

That was an absolute tragedy to football. Both sides as bad as each other and two negative managers happy to grind out a dour 0-0. Mikel the only player on the pitch that resembled anything like a footballer. To be fair I think we tried to win. We were just nowhere near good enough. Its frightening what a difference Fletcher makes to our attacking play. We desperately need a decent alternative to Fletcher. Gregory isn't great but at least he occupies defenders. We are basically playing with ten men when Vokes is on.

Any pairing of two of Clucas/Mikel/Cousins strips us of creativity and leaves us exposed against mobile players who run with the ball. Allen’s energy and drive means he has to play. Clucas can only play with more freedom to make forward runs.

How many times did he give the ball away. Defended solidly against a team with no threat but nothing more

I think it is now time to be giving Tom Ince a run of games. I would also like Bauer to at least have the opportunity of another chance. It would be like two new signings !

Three certainties in life:
Death Taxes Tony Pulis making 4seven's Come Dine With Me omnibus more appealing than football.
At least we didn't lose to 'Sauron' this time.

A game where we probably should have won 1-0, but Pulis sent his team out to get a goalless draw and was rewarded! Luckily not with 3 points this time! Dreadful performance!

What has Clucas done today? I'm not a fan of Clucas at all. If he doesn't score he's invariably like the invisible man He is effective when he is free to make forward runs, we don’t want him trying to pick the ball up deep. He looked lost today
