Bloke who used to run the media team has also implied that he was treated badly as well by the club, regardless of whether there’s more to either story it doesn’t look good No he didn't. yeah he did

He's clutching at straws and hoping for another one last chance. There's a lot of managers that fancy themselves as the one who can get something out of nothing, of seeing potential in players that everyone has given up on. If Hughes hadn't signed Arnautovic and given him many second chances along the way he might never have done a thing on these shores. If Gradi hadn't signed Platt, he might never have played for England. The list is long and neverending. Of course it doesn't work every time nor am I suggesting that Corrigan has the potential of the above two. He’ll probably go to some conference team and try and start there (or lower). See what he’s doing in 3-4 years. It might even be lower than conference level, but you never know. He can always put Ex-Man City on his application and it might impress someone. If he leaves SCFC off the paperwork, then a potential employer won't call up 01782367598 and ask for a reference.

Does anyone actually know what's gone on? Or has the Oatcake Kangaroo Court been convened to produce a verdict based on the flimsiest of evidence as usual?

Plus one of the cleaners said it's true as well. Guilty as charged. Take him down.

I read it and my thought was “isn’t that how football works?”. It’s not a nice industry, especially at that level.

Boo hoo.
Just having Man City on your youth CV doesn’t make you a good player.
I might make a long post later about how unfair it is that I haven’t won the lottery yet, quite clearly I deserve to.

I'm sure we gave him the option of tearing up the contract and letting him fuck off, we don't owe him anything other than his wage which we paid.

Ngoy seems to be in agreement.
But he's one who went out and got his head down to get a move.

Julien ngoy lost 2-0 in a team that i’ve never heard of against a team i’ve never heard of the other day, sounds like he’s just jealous of tyrese and nathan collins

Interesting but does this actually happen generally? “What can clubs learn from other industries when helping people find new careers?” What industries do that?

I know if I got let go from work tomorrow, they wouldn’t give a shit and I suspect that would be the same for all us on here. I’d love to know what industries look after former employees they have let go when a contract has ended?

Absolutely. Good luck to the lad. If O'Neill is chucking the kids in now, then the squad must be one huge mess behind the dressing room doors. The shameful bunch of bastards. Or he sees the FA Cup as a chance to blood the odd youngster as he did with the carabao cup. What a huge mess that was.
