May as well go down The Alex if you want lower league football at least you can watch young lads who actually want to play for their club.

Apathy. I used to be so affected emotionally depending on whether we won or lost. I’m now completely unmoved. It’s more of a fascinating study into the deterioration of a football club and how it plays out. Anybody’s guess at this stage as to whether changes will be made or whether the gravity crocodile keeps pulling us down. They should make a documentary on us as a warning to others in what not to do.

Fuming!
The powers that be must give this charlatan his P45 before the West Brom match.

John Coates and Nathan Jones totally useless
Nathan is like a little boy pretending he knows what he's doing
John Coates terrible decision maker

This mess is totally down to John Coates, in fact the whole club has gone downhill since he started getting involved in the decision making.

It's all very weird right now, any other ambitious club would have got rid after the Huddersfield game. The fact Jones is still here and after yet another couple of defeats means we're in uncharted territory as far as football club ownership is concerned. We've a mess of squad, a manager who can't seem to lay the law down and an owner who doesn't know what to do. As a mere supported it's a highly frustrating time, for me Jones came to the end of the line a long time ago. We're watching games treading water waiting for some action to happen. I guess if the "Jones out" calls get louder something might eventually happen. who knows?

Sadly, my overwhelming feeling is apathy.
And I say that as a season ticket holder of 40 years since 1979 when I was 5
Have seen lots of ups and downs, lots of joy and sadness, delirium and anger
Even when we were relegated, I was a bit Meh about it, as its not been enjoyable for a while
I will still go, I take my own boys, although the youngest (9) doesnt really get why we go as its been pants for the 4 seasons he has been coming!
The whole club, top to bottom, is magnolia, poor organisation, poor communication, poor strategy, poor execution, poor playing staff, poor managerial decisions, and all of that leads to utter dross on the pitch - players scared to play, negative, slow, backwards and sideways football that sums the whole club up.
So maybe I am not apathetic, as I still care, but I dont look forward to it anywhere near as much as I 1) used to and 2) should do after a long week at work.

Increasingly indifference. I only support Stoke at the moment because I've always supported Stoke; but will I be devastated if the least likeable bunch of players I've ever known get relegated? - probably not.

Everything said and done by tony scholes and Jon Coates has the same message ... this is our club , and if we want to f*ck it up , we will .
We own it . It's ours . And if fans don't like it they can go and support someone else .
Of course , it is true , that because they own the shares , it is there club , and they can do what they want with it ,
But it won't be long , before myself and many others find their behaviour insulting .
It just a matter of time , before they are doing what they want in front of tens of thousands of empty seats , every other week .

I am still very angry at this shit show BUT am frankly amazed at how the local media is letting the clubs ownership but in particular, the clubs senior management off so, so lightly.

Think we’ve been slowly educated to believe what was possible, first it was we can finish top two, Then it was top six, then end of season it was a relief just to stay away from the relegation battle, now it’s just can we stay up and be thankful to the hierarchy For saving us

Disgusted, that the powers that be have allowed this to happen. We had (or very nearly had), it all, and threw it all away. Diabolical!!

Poor at goalscoring, flakey with a five man defence...
Invert the pyramid and aim for a 6-5 win.
Hogan, Campbell, Gregory, Powell, Vokes Ndaiye, Etebo, Allen Baath, Carter-Vickers Federici

It does change depending on the time of day BUT I'm not at all surprised. In fact, I predicted it and yet I'm no Mystic Meg!! I'm quite sad actually that we threw all of those years away. So, overriding? Resigned to the worst and saddened by the shockingly quick demise and appalled at the seemingly bad management of the whole situation which will doubtless lead to a feeling of apathy to avoid further disappointment. Covered most bases there I think.

Every releagtion season we have had , ive always had the optimistic view that we will have a miracle escape and it didn't so this season i am just believing we are well and truly f***ed, bit of reverse psychology, see what happens.

He's not good enough, he has got to go, he should've gone long ago and it's all ticking away slowly again because we beat Swansea... The longterm results are screaming at us why is nothing getting done about this shit show? It's honestly fucking embarrasing now. If YOU care about STOKE CITY FOOTBALL CLUB then you should want this man OUT NOW. It sounds like you're passionate about this. If so, you should direct your anger at those who recruited him and continue to do so. You can say Jones out a billion times, and pontificate about it. The owners who have overseen this massive demise OK are they? Those that have recruited Jones? Correct. Even if we beat WBA 8-0 he should still go.

Not sure I should give a shit until something at the top changes. They obviously don't care so why should I? So for now it's apathy for me.
