What do you want him do, walk around in a hazmat suit pushing a trolley piled high with bog rolls? ... And how come calling people a "traitor" is suddenly fine & dandy again? It was the worst offence known to man just a few months ago. Can't see where I mentioned the traitor bit.
Fact is this week or next a decision might be taken to play football matches behind closed doors, large gatherings cancelled etc. Handshakes at football matches pre-kick off have already been stopped. A Hazmat suit would of course stoke unnecessary hysteria, but Johnson , as Prime Minister, could, just for fucking once, set an example by politely stating that while he is carrying on as normal , not shaking hands or posing for selfies would seem a sensible precaution?
And they all hugged and high fived each other, spat all over the pitch took throw ins etc in every game. Plus its on the tv every day to wash hands etc so he's doing just as you request. Just admit it he cant win there will always be somebody having a go.

The "traitor" thing was at the front & centre of the article you quoted. If Boris didn't 'shake hands & take selfies' we both know you'd be moaning at him for being a wanker & not wanting to interact with people. Likewise whatever action he takes over this coronavirus shit will be a chance for you to have a go at him, he'll either be too 'light' or too 'heavy' in dealing with it, too slow or too harsh. He could come up with the cure himself & ride around on a bicycle handing it out to everyone & you'd still moan he was doing it for the publicity & not because he really wanted to cure anyone!

I know where the traitor thing was - I did not refer to it.
I would not be moaning at him for not wanting to interact with people. There are plenty of other things I can call him a wanker for. Let's face it , no matter what Johnson does , there will be plenty of apologists supporting his every action because he can simply do no wrong in their eyes.
