Haha!! I genuinely think we should petition for one game on Saturday to put a fan in charge, it would be amusing and it surely can’t be anywhere worse than tonight, surely? Half time go Mike Bassett esk.... stoke go on to lose 4-0!!! Vent the frustration, international break give the new gaffer two weeks ready for Fulham!

So there is no other manager in world football who could fix this apart from TP? Who left leaving the club playing some of the worst football i've seen. The small mindedness is staggering with Stoke fans, some deserve the same level of failure as the board. It wasn’t any worse than anything we’ve witnessed over the last three years. It took us to the Premiership. It kept us in the Premiership. It took us to the FA Cup Final. I would be happy to be bored (even though I think a TP performance after the last 3 years would fill me with a sense of pride) if it meant staying up. Whilst there may be other managers who would want to come. The defence needs sorting as a priority. A spine needs to be reinjected into this club. These players need drilling and a good kick up the arse. I disagree with your initial point. It was dreadful tonight and the team knew that Jones was a dead man walking.

I'm willing to give anyone a chance but if it was Pardew wtf, time to admit defeat.

Don't think it's been sorted but Jones had a major meltdown and needs a break. Far from sorted. Only one manager fully committed but most the board not in favour. One other considering (and probably considering longer after tonight) and before the game no other firm interest. Not even Pardew had been approached as of before the game. I've just asked if he's been sacked. No answer yet. So literally all that Pardew stuff this afternoon was total, unfounded bollocks? And no decent applicants - we really are in the shit now aren't we.

He's gone. Mutual consent. A crazy, crazy guess or a prediction? If you do know, will it be announced tomorrow or? Yes.

As much as I would have hated to say this before, it feels like it’s made for Tony Pulis to come back. I have a sick feeling though that our board of clowns will make yet another major fuck up by ballsing up the managerial appointment up just one more time and doom us to the third tier(again) Please God(wiling) not Alan bastarding Pardew Surely common sense will prevail and TP will be appointed later this week.

Pulis had ince at palace on loan but mainly used bolasie and puncheon on the wings. pulis might play the left footed winger Tom Ince on the left wing, which should have happened months ago One thing with Pulis is that he takes a simplistic approach.

Sorry, I meant the TP years wasn’t worse than the last 3 years (including tonight). I agree tonight was awful. I’d say worse than Bolton away last year although it didn’t seem as bad as I’d decided to stay home in the warm and hadn’t ventured all the way to Bolton in December. That was a dark day.

The problem our squad has is no pace. A pragmatic manager would play it tight & play a quick counter attacking game, we simply have no pace to do that, anywhere in the squad..

He won’t save us because he won’t be coming back. To all of the Pulis lovers...*clears throat*... Unfortunately Mr Pulis will not be returning to this football club. I have it on good authority that this is indeed fact. I have been told this by a very reliable source which has worked not only directly for the Coates but within their actual household and whom still has direct contact with senior employees at Stoke City Football Club. I am naturally sceptic so I have also had this confirmed by certain members of this board who also seem to have similar affiliations. Now please, all gather your wanking socks, shoot your Tony Pulis load and please....please shove them as far as you can to the bottom of that laundry basket, never to be seen or mentioned of again.
