Pulis wasn't bothered about Berahino but he 1 million percent wanted to keep Fletcher. Really you could see why eeerrrrmmmmmm perhaps not. <iframe width="22.960000000000036" height="4.759999999999991" style="position: absolute; width: 22.960000000000036px; height: 4.759999999999991px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none;left: 15px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_78712645" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="22.960000000000036" height="4.759999999999991" style="position: absolute; width: 22.96px; height: 4.76px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 1089px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_88278485" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="22.960000000000036" height="4.759999999999991" style="position: absolute; width: 22.96px; height: 4.76px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 15px; top: 177px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_53670163" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="22.960000000000036" height="4.759999999999991" style="position: absolute; width: 22.96px; height: 4.76px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 1089px; top: 177px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_42363357" scrolling="no"></iframe> Well he did, I know so for a fact.

SSN now reporting this -- Interestingly, this should now send a clear message to our other miscreants and not least, the PFA Stoke City will not tolerate players and their agents taking the mickey out of us anymore nothing sad about this at all, its good news and, the first real step in the right direction the club has made in quite a while and yes Dave --- vindicated - foresight is a valuable commodity - want to know what else I would have done ? and finally - I bet the rest of the football league clubs are quietly applauding us for finally taking this stance You make it sound like it's never happened before and it's groundbreaking.. We aren't the first club to sack a naughty player. Does not happen very often and, to such a high profile player too - Im getting texts off my United liverpool and Citeh mates already saying -- nice one !

Berahino was banned from driving and fined Β£75k earlier this month for drink driving. He was almost 3 times over the legal limit. Stoke have told Berahino his contract is being terminated. The player has three years left on that deal which runs until 2022. Sources close to Berahino have told Sky Sports News they are considering a legal challenge against Stokeβs decision. Stepping up the presentation there FM!

Anyone on here with any legal knowledge care to throw Some light on this..... It Just seems a futiel and pointless waste of time to me

It Just seems a futiel and pointless waste of time to me Iβm not a legal expert, however if he is losing potential earnings of Β£10m (Β£3m+ per year for 3yrs?) then a top barrister costing Β£200k might seem worth the gamble. The club might even take the position that a small payoff is a better option than a protracted and potentially costly court battle.

It will be very interesting to see what reason we have given for his dismissal and I am sure it won't just be a case of the driving conviction, our legal advisors will already have decided which element of the contract to use to justify his dismissal.

The saddest part for me in this whole grotty affair is that he has pissed his talent up a fucking wall when some people would have given their left and right bollock to be in his shoes. He's a fucking disgrace. H Well no...no matter where your left and right bollocks are situated in shoes, there's only very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very few people who could have had his talents and so only very, v...(you get the picture) who could have aimed for his shoes. That's not the saddest part. The saddest part is all the people that rely on his earnings: his kids, his ex-wives, and especially the poor people and children in Burundi who had come to receive a small percentage of his wages when he was earning any. He hasn't earned any since February, and he may not earn any in the foreseeable future. And that's a high price for them to pay for their alleged benefactor's folly.

Too true And if anyone feels sorry for him due to mental health or addiction problems rest assured he could of afforded the best paychology/psychotherapy money could buy - no idea if he did or has but just saying: his decisions, his consequences, his choice

Good.
Riddance.
wt actual f took the club so long to realise what a complete and utter wanker he was (despite it being as clear as day from day 0) and why has it taken so long for them to grow a pair?
He symbolises everything that is wrong with the modern game and the PL.
And the trouble with that is two fold: - it's not some poncy London or Manc side with no morals, no grasp of reality and Β£ to burn, it's our club that has been humiliated
- more worryingly, at least two thirds of the 'experts' that thought him a good idea are still here.
Fuck right off Saddo.

At the end of the day does anybody really give a flying βf**kβ about Berahino after his shafting of SCFC (our club) and letting down those who were willing to give him a chance of resurrecting his career.
Personally no sympathy whatsoever. Iβm just aggrieved that he was signed in the first place, the monetary cost and the part he played in our disastrous relegation. Well done TS, MC and MH, You should be ashamed, but you wonβt be.
Get him out of the club, let him be remembered for what he really is. No ifs, no buts.

I raise you Keith Scott π No mate at least Scott scored goals and looked interested (plus he was the reason for Sheron) Allinson was an absolute tosser! Wasnβt Allinson ill for the entire time he was with us. An illness that affected his subsequent career. Des Backos, Brek Shea, Jeff Cook, Brian Bithell - all worse.
