I saw a swallow in January Did you. Certainly did. Ive worked 7 till 4 for the past 3 years. 5 to 6 days a week. I've earned less in that time than bojan has in 4 or 5 week and he's put in one half decent performance... roll out the carpet. I wouldn't have had the chance to do that either if I brought as much to the table as bojan has to SCFC in them 3 years.

Make no mistake We'll be in for a new number 10 in the summer because them performances come with less regularity than the lunar eclipse. Nath knows 😁

Orchestrated, moved the ball well, moved well & looked hungry on his toes but then so did 4 or 5 others. Won't even blame him for the shot that pericard would have tucked away as he's as rusty as a nail at the bottom of my grandad shed tool box. Thing is though we need someone consistent for a promotion push. I Think he might be of use as a second choice but we desperately need a first choice in summer, a good one aswell. Hopefully the management arnt fooled by a flash in the pan.

For a promotion push we need consistency, he won't provide it. He's the most frustrating player going. Bags of natural ability but doesn't produce it often enough. A key role needs consistency

It may be that he moves on in the summer, it may be that he’s not as suited to the diamond as first thought, but for now why not just enjoy the performance in isolation?

We are now nearly 4 months into 2019. Yes, I feel he owes us big time, shoot me for my sins.

Best I have seen him in a good while , looked sharper and more positive in his play and was available to keep the ball moving , just a shame the keeper saved the chance he had. Very encouraging .

How can he deliver his dues as you believe, when he isn't given a fair crack of the whip? We owe him a run in the team so he can deliver. He can't do it from the bench or on loan in Germany. Almost every time bojan has been given a random start, he is head and shoulders above the other 9 outfield players and yet was always dropped. All a bit black and white from you I see.

It would be interesting to see what would happen if Bojan had been given as many opportunities to perform as some other flair players ,who depending on your point of view, are either short of confidence or short of commitment. I fancy that had he played 30 games he would have 6 or 8 goals, and would have created several chances. Defensively we wouldn’t have suffered because none of the front 3 can defend and they certainly don’t score too often.

Do you really think he'd have scored more than Berahino given the same amount of chances? Be off with you, we'll have none of that ridiculous talk around here...

Given Afobe cost multiples of what Bojan cost, I’d have thought for at least the perception of balance you’d be on his back for “owing” us?

Bojans hype is always going to be there. I thought he was excellent today but I think the fact that we were on top for the game helped his performance. I think that we will only see the best of him when the team is playing well around him and he has the players to work with. He is clearly a quality player but not one that can carry the whole team his best performances have been alongside shaq and arnie and when we have been on top. Spot on - and why Bojan doesn't get picked as often as his talent deserves. No player can rely on everyone else being on their game - when things aren't going well they have to dig in play their part regardless of what is going on around them or if they are off their game as well. When the going gets tough Bojan hides. Bojan was excellent for the first fifteen minutes and disappeared for much of the first half. Second half he came back into the game in patches - and missed a sitter. Having said that I thought he had a very good game and actually got stuck in at times - easily his best all season - and deserves to start next time out. However he was no where near as good as Allen or Etebo. If he could put in their half their effort and commitment when things aren't going so great he would be first on every team sheet.

It is on the pitch where a player earns his reputation! It is in training where a player earns his position in the starting eleven. Somewhere along the line Bojan justifiably created questions in managers and fans minds! Some people's imaginations created a myth around him that was questionable. Yesterday Bojan for the first time in a long while raised hopes that he still has something to offer the team and as a past doubter of his credentials I am more than pleased for him. I have to say that having a midfield partnership of Etebo, Allen certainly gave him a platform for his performance. I would love to see Bojan get back to the form he originally showed. Well done Bojan!

You're arguing that those performances are few and far between, yet you're also saying about him nailing down a place".....there's your own answer!!! How's he gonna nail down a place in the side when (for the life of me, I don't understand why), Jones preferred "always end up on me arse" Ince at No10??? I fail to see what Ince brings to the team when he's out wide, nevermind in the No10 position??? Bojan will have mediocre games, as well as good games, in the same way most players do.......but there's nobody better in the side (at the moment) who can play the No10 roll!!!
